Finca Esperanza is a lovely traditional Spanish Finca over 100 years old nestled amongst the almond trees and vineyards within walking distance of Benitachell. We feel that the finca has something special to offer everyone. For those interested in a more peaceful holiday, there are opportunities for local walks, cycling, bird watching, or just lazing by the pool. For the more active, Denia, Moraira and Jávea are nearby with a range of restaurants, shops, cinema & seaside activities.
There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Outside space includes a large covered naya (veranda) and pool. There is a sofa and dining area on the naya along with a BBQ. The finca is situated in a secure plot with walls and fencing and private parking for 3 cars, some of which is undercover. Lovely rustic garden complete with mature lemon tree. The whole plot is very private and you are not overlooked at all. In the day time there are lovely countryside views, but you are still close enough to walk to Benitachell (10 - 15 mins) on a small traffic free path which is part of the many walking routes. The path provides beautiful sea views.
You enter the villa into the lounge with log fire and a variety of books and board games for your entertainment. From here you can access the dining area which leads to a second sitting area with TV and a view onto the pool. There is UK TV in this room.
The kitchen is a charming Spanish style kitchen equipped with everything you need including a dishwasher and washing machine.
On the ground floor there is a shower room with toilet, and heated towel rail. The third bedroom is on the ground floor and has twin beds with a fan and a free standing clothes rail.
As you head upstairs, you will find two further bedrooms, both with double beds, one with an ensuite shower room and wardrobes. There is a large family bathroom with shower cubicle, sink unit and a roll top freestanding bath. The bedrooms have built in wardrobes and mosquito nets on the windows. There are ceiling fans to help keep you cool in the summer months, and plug in radiators for the winter months. The fourth bedroom up here is used for storage.
For those travelling without a car, the local airport bus drop off point is approximately 15-20 minutes walk or a short taxi journey. The beaches of Javea and Moraira are approx 7km away.
