Overview
Description
Our villa offers a great location and comfort in spacious grounds for the PERFECT FAMILY BEACH HOLIDAY.Following upgrades over the past six years, there are now 5 double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) and a separate utility room and loo.
- Four of the bedrooms have double beds. Two are super king (180x200), two are king size (150x200) and one room has two singles. One of the double beds can be un-zipped to make two singles. All bedrooms have new aircon units and ceiling fans. We also have a temporary small Z bed and a large wooden cot in storage, both can be set up on request.
- Two bedrooms have en-suite shower-rooms.
The villa is secluded from neighbouring villas and set on a quiet road in the best part of Binibeca with stunning views from the roof, beyond the beach, across the Mediterranean. The garden comprises two plots of land.
The local beach is just a 5 minute walk down the hill. At a slower pace, it might take 8 minutes on the way back.
The swimming pool is in a private secluded setting, measuring 8m long, 4m wide, 1m at the shallow end and 2m deep. It is lit up at night with an inside light and surrounding terrace lights. The pool is ideal for all ages, however IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT CHILDREN ARE SUPERVISED WHILST IN AND AROUND THE POOL AT ALL TIMES.
There are regular sightings of the tortoise family, of all sizes. Listen out for a rustling sound or go on a hunt around the garden. They love to nibble on cucumber and odd bits of fruit (but not too much of a sugary diet!).
The villa is furnished in traditional style with a modern facilities, where required.
Wifi included with smart TV and internet channels such as Netflix and YouTube and a DVD player. We recommend that you bring your own firestick if particular channels are required.
Fresh linen and bathroom towels are provided each week. Additional deliveries can be arranged through our property management team who are based close by and quick to offer assistance if anything is needed during your stay.
It takes 15 minutes to drive from the airport (taxi €25) which is close to the main town of Mahón (Maó), famous for its large natural port. Mahón is a great place for shopping by day and for restaurants and bars in the evening. For golfers, there is a picturesque 18 hole golf course on the north of the island at Son Parc.
Binibeca (Binibèquer) retains its charm, remaining unspoilt and very much unchanged since our first family holiday over 50 years ago. Most resorts have developed out of small fishing villages or around a sandy bay and many of the properties are single storey villas with distinctive whitewashed walls and red topped roof tiles.
The island has over 50 sandy bays and beaches so one is never far away. A number have developed to cater for tourists but you can also find some lovely sheltered beach coves, hidden away down a remote track.
Good local restaurants to consider: Paupa, Bucaneros Beach Bar, Bambu, Na Rosa, Scarpetta.

Charming and spacious villa in a stunning spot.
By Sarah Price on 27-Jun-2026We had a wonderful stay as an extended family of 10 adults, in this charming and spacious villa. The villa is beautiful in every way and by far the nicest place we've ever stayed. The art and character are really beautiful, the garden is delightful and the pool large and immaculate. It's a perfect spot as a short walk down the hill takes you to the lovely Cala Torret, with beach, rock swimming, restaurants and bakery. A little longer walk takes you to Binibeca itself ,which is charming- we wandered along a few evenings and had some lovely meals. There are many lovely spots on this island and we enjoyed exploring. Simon was fantastic to deal with- as the organiser I very much appreciated his useful emails and tips. We would love to return in the future if we're able to. Thank you to Simon and family!
Lovely family holiday in spacious surroundings
By Glynis on 04-Jul-2026This is a lovely villa, with lots of open space including an excellent pool, large terrace and shady gardens where families of tortoises roam. There's plenty of inside space too with a well stocked kitchen, sofas and large dining table. We were a group of 9 with ages ranging from 10 to 74 and it worked really well for us all. Simon, the owner, always answered questions quickly and was very helpful providing information about local restaurants etc. It was very hot when we stayed and we really appreciated the aircon in all the bedrooms. Beach towels and lounger covers were also provided which is a thoughtful touch. I would thoroughly recommend this villa.
Exceeded Expectations
By Jenny I'Anson and family on 13-Jun-2026Simiali exceeded our expectations. From the moment of arrival, walking into the living room, with the bright Mediterranean views, mixed with the comfort of the furnishings. It offers seclusion, relaxation and a wonderful opportunity for the younger generation to explore the garden. All bedrooms are a good size, the kitchen is newly fitted out and well equipped and the pool well maintained. The villa is wonderfully positioned for the beach and local restaurants and is highly recommended for families seeking comfort and privacy. Many thanks from us all.
Very well equipped villa with a homely feel
By Rachel Potts on 09-Jun-2026We really did have a fab time. We all loved the villa. The children especially appreciated the space in the garden hunting tortoise. The villa is so very well equipped and had such a homely feel. I really can’t think of any improvements. Many thanks for all your help.
A Villa to be recommended
By The Marshall Family on 15-May-2026A lovely well appointed Villa with a magnificent spacious garden which gives it added character. We had a great two weeks for three generations of the family. Two highlights Hoopoes nesting and a tortoise family in the garden
Great holiday
By Andrew on 02-Aug-2025Had a wonderful week staying at Simiali. Lovely, spacious villa, great location with sea views and easy walking to the beach and restaurants / shops. Having a nice garden as well as a pool was a real bonus. We loved the house and its family feel. It managed to cope with five adults and three children perfectly. We'd love to come back.
