Description

If its complete relaxation and tranquillity you’re after, this spacious and comfortable house is ideal. Nestling in the green hills and valleys, between Bisenti and Castiglione Messer Raimondo, with amazing views of the Gran Sasso mountain range. Ideal for walking.

Take the chance to practise speaking Italian, you’ll find very few English speaking locals in this truly unspoilt region. Closest beach half an hour away at Montesilvano. Or mountain walking, approximately one hour away at the ski resort, Prati di Tivo, or Campo Imperatore and other areas. Plenty of outdoor fun and relaxation at the house, with use of private pool, table tennis, mountain bike, sunbeds and barbecue. The land around the house provides great potential for exploration.
Julia and Colin, our super friendly managing team who live locally will ensure your every need is met whilst staying, from meeting you with full instructions to booking restaurants to fixing anything not working properly. They are always on call so that all you need to do is to concentrate on the complete relaxation!!
If you would like the catering taken care of for a celebration or any meal we have contact with a local chef for your every need. We like to visit the local agriturismo, Colle Paradiso for home cooked local food at an unbeatable price. Or there is the barbecue area great for a night in and very sociable.
If it gets too hot or its raining (has been known) the lounge can be transformed in to a cinema room with a huge selection of DVDs to choose from.

Great holiday hideaway in a relatively undiscovered area

By Jon Boswell on 29-Aug-2018

It was great to find a part of Italy that is entirely unspoilt by tourism even in high season. The house enjoys spectacular scenery as well as being within easy reach of the Adriatic coast. The locals are friendly and there are a number of good value places to eat. The house is well laid out with good facilities and plenty of space for two families of four. We particularly enjoyed the large balcony (with great views), the pool and the fire pit area! It is definitely better value than equivalent houses in better known regions of Italy, and I can certainly recommend it.

Superleuk vakantiehuis met een fantastisch uitzicht !

By Jean V. on 01-Aug-2018

Great villa in a spectacular setting. Stunning views from the balcony and BBQ area and a great pool.

By Mikey M. on 27-Jun-2018

We spent a week as two families of four at Christine’s place near Bisenti and we had a wonderful time. The villa is well equipped, particularly upstairs in the main living area. It was clean and tidy, and had all we needed. There is a large balcony wrapped around two sides of the villa which was great for lounging about and gazing at the incredible mountain views, with a big broad table perfect for meals in the evening sun. The downstairs living area is slightly simpler but perfectly nice. Outside, the pool was perfect for us and the kids, and we had a good few days doing little more than relaxing in and out of the water. At the front is table tennis and table football, and a glorious little bbq area hidden away which has the most spectacular view I’ve ever had whilst grilling! It was tricky to find as first timers, and sat nav will be of no help to you, but the Teramo and Abruzzo area was well worth the drive. We had a lovely couple of days at Pineto beach, and a delightful visit to San Lorenzo vineyard (after which we couldn’t resist taking some bottles home and putting our baggage allowance at risk for the return flight!) A week was too short, and we’re already itching to go back!
