The villa has been fully updated for 2024, with a new kitchen, new beds and mattresses and new furniture. It is a short walk to the restarants and shops and the wonderful beach of Cala en Porter.
The villa has a large lounge/dining room (with air-con, smart TV and wifi) with large patio doors giving access to the terrace; a modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, nespresso machine; 1 double bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 shower room. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.
Outside on the terrace, there is a large table and chairs for alfresco dining and a lounge area, which is perfect for enjoying cocktails and the stunning sunsets on an evening. Surrounding the private swimming pool is a sunbathing terrace furnished with loungers and parasol. There is also a barbeque for open-air cooking.
The villa is ideally situated in Cala’n Porter, on the south coast of the island and only a 10 minute drive from the airport. The town has everything within walking distance, with a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops. The beautiful beach with crystal clear waters is also within walking distance and can be accessed via road or steps and offers two beach bars serving local tapas and beverages. Other south coast beaches (Binibeca, Punta Prima, Binisafúa, Son Bou) can be reached within 15 minutes by car, and the capital town Mahon is also only a 10 minute drive away. Car hire is available from the resort and a daily bus service runs between Cala'n Porter and Mahon.

Booking details (please request to see our full terms and conditions, which will, in any event, be provided on a booking) - in peak season the villa can be booked for a minimum of 7 nights, in multiples of 7 (i.e. one week or two). Changer overs are either Friday. Saturday or Sunday (subject to availability).
Payments for the Villa must be made as follows:
a. At the time of booking: 25% of the Villa cost (or 100% if booked within 12 weeks of arrival)
b. Balance due: 12 weeks before arrival.
c. The balance of the Villa must be paid 12 weeks prior to departure or at the time of booking if within 12 weeks of arrival. If we do not receive this balance in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you.
Plus tourist tax which will be calculated and confirmed to you. We will also ask for a damage deposit which will be refunded to you provided that there is no damage.
PASSPORT REGISTRATION: Copies of passports for anyone aged 16 or over must be provided to the Guardia Civil Police in Menorca. Copies need to be provided when the final balance is made.
Towels and linen are provided. Beach towels are NOT provided, please bring your own.
Checkin is 4pm and checkout is by 10am on the day of departure.
