San Jean Irene is a newly refurbished and beautifully furnished, modern second floor apartment in the lovely south coast resort of Cala en Porter, located in the popular Siesta Mar Vacation Club.
Ideal for couples, looking for a relaxing holiday in comfortable surroundings. Located just 10 minutes from the airport.
The apartment has received significant investment and my guests will enjoy a brand new kitchen and bathroom which has also been completely refitted to include a rainforest style shower. Fully retiled throughout, new doors and double glazed windows.
There is a beautifully landscaped pool area and gardens on the complex. A second, much quieter, pool is also available for guests use, in the neighbouring Siesta Mar 1 complex.
This compact apartment has it's own very private, large south facing balcony/terrace with views over the pool and the sea in the distance, with outside dining furniture and sun loungers.
High quality bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly for guests staying for more than 7 nights. Please note new bedroom layout for 2021 season, to include two 90cm wide single beds and new memory foam mattresses are being introduced for superior comfort.
A safety deposit box is provided for guests use and to provide peace of mind.
Bi-fold french doors from the terrace lead into the fully air conditioned lounge, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.
Close to the resort centre and only 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets, bank/cash facilities and pharmacy, everything you could need is within easy reach. If your not keen on cooking while you're on holiday, there is a restaurant, Pizzeria, snack bar and licensed bar on site in the Siesta Mar Vacation Club complex.
There are many different restaurants and bars to choose from in the village, which is a short stroll away.
You'll enjoy all the comforts you would expect at home and find that everything is provided for a relaxing holiday.
A Bose Soundtouch wifi and bluetooth speaker system is provided, all you need to do is download the Bose Soundtouch app for android or iOS and you can stream your favourite music directly from your phone or tablet.
The beautiful cove of Cala en Porter is just a 10 minute walk (approximately 400 meters) via 180 steep steps or a short journey via the recently re-introduced land train that runs from outside the Playa Azul hotel, to the beach and back on a regular basis, for those who prefer not to use the steps. The train costs 2 euros each way.
Guests can arrive anytime after 2 pm on arrival day and departure is before 10 am on departure day.
The apartment is fully compliant with the requirements of the Balearic Islands tourist license regulations for holiday apartments, introduced in 2018.

Making your booking
The booking process is very simple, we will provide you with a detailed quote for your holiday, giving you a full breakdown of all applicable prices. We will provide you with a booking form to complete and return, a copy of our rental terms and conditions and advise you of our payment methods.
We require a non-refundable deposit of 25% to secure a booking. The remaining balance is required 7 days prior to arrival. A refundable good housekeeping deposit of £100 is also payable with your final balance payment, which will be refunded within two weeks unless the apartment is left untidy, rubbish and leftover food and drink has not been disposed of and any soiling, damage or breakages have not occurred during your stay.
Booking cancellations and refunds
Guests who cancel at least 7 days before check in, will receive 100% of their deposit as a refund.
Cancellations received less than 7 days before arrival, will not receive a refund.
Friday changeover day is preferable. Guests can enter at any time after 2pm on arrival day and must vacate by 10am on the day of departure.
Once your final payment has been made, we will provide you with a guest welcome pack, which includes all the information you will require to locate the apartment and gain access, together with information on the supplied facilities and hints and tips on ensuring you have a fabulous holiday!
