The property sleeps up to 13 guests with private pool offering peace and tranquility to recharge your batteries with the ultimate get away from it all break featuring ample space and enviable lake views both inside and out.



The home is located in a prime position on the preferred western shore of the lake commanding breathtaking lake views. Spread over three levels with complete privacy the property offers the ideal Lake Como retreat to relax and recharge your batteries. Take a stroll alongside the beach next to the lake, relax at the pool or dine at one of the idyllic Italian restaurants and trattoria's dotted around the area. Baia ristorante and Veranda are just two of favourites as well as the excellent Lo Scalo wine bar in near bar Cremia. The ferry stop here in Pianello is just a short drive from the home whilst boat hire, sailing, surfing and water skiing are ever popular activities along this part of the lake due to the cooling breeze, a welcome respite from the summer heat on the lake.



The villa is located over three floors:



The top floor we call floor 2 includes a private entrance a toilet (wc + sink), utility room, open plan state of the art kitchen, modern living room with breathtaking lake view with dining table for all thirteen guests and two comfy and spacious sofa's and smart tv 50 inch TV) A further room which can double as a television room with ample sofa bed which doubles as double bed. The room can be completely closed off to make an additional bedroom. Huge terrace with majestic lake view ideal for alfresco dining, lounging or soaking up the sun. The choice is yours!



The middle floor we call floor 1 features a double bedroom with walk through wardrobe and ensuite bathroom including a shower and wc. A further two double bedrooms plus additional bathroom where you can choose from a relaxing bath to an invigorating shower) plus a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower). The floor is accessible via the internal staircase or independent private entrance outside. Terraces covered and open are available outside for shade or sun and to take advantage of the panoramic lake view.

The lower floor we call floor 0 is a self contained apartment accessible via external stairs only to the independent entrance: This room can be utilised as an additional living space or as a separate apartment for three guests.

This apartment features a living room with lake view including a double sofa bed, single sofa bed and ample wardrobe space and a kitchenette with fridge, kettle, sink and microwave. Therefore this apartment can be used as bedrooms by night and living accommodation by day. An ensuite bathroom featuring shower and wc is also available here. This room opens to a terrace with the magical lake view laid in front of you. Outside a private swimming pool as photographed next to the lake and a spacious grounds measuring 3.000 sqm.

The home sleeps a total of thirteen guests.

Eight in four bedrooms. Plus two additional rooms which can be closed off and used as private bedrooms for two more guests on the top floor as described and three more guests in the self contained apartment downstairs on the lower level floor.



SUMMARY



A total of four bathrooms + additional service toilet. All the sofa bed quality ones (sleeping on a proper mattress).

Air conditioning is available on floor 2 and 1. Lowest level floor self contained apartment is the lowest located apartment and such air con is not required.



OUTSIDE



Private parking on the top road above the villa for 4-5 cars.

The terrace featured a dining table, chairs, a parasol and quality rattan furniture on the terrace at the top floor, floor 2.
