A large glazed terrace with dining table and chaise longue looks out across the sea towards Benidorm, the tower in front of the Roman Queens baths and on the other side the salt flats. The living room has a comfortable sofa that can convert into a sofa bed for one person and armchair, TV with English and European channels. A bookcase separates the living area from the kitchen. The living room has A/C and the terrace and bedroom have ceiling fans. The apt has its own wifi connection. The bedroom has a double bed and a glazed door to a tiny terrace (one chair supplied!) with stunning sea and beach views. The bathroom has a large walk in shower and a hair dryer.
The building has a concierge, Lumi, who takes care of the apt, two lifts (the apartment is on the third floor at the end of the walkway, ensuring privacy and its spectacular views.) There is a seasonal swimming pool and outdoor gated parking.
The promenade and beach are a two minute walk away. Bars and restaurants five minutes and Calpe centre, a ten minute stroll.
Unlike many rentals, are prices are fully inclusive of wifi, cleaning and electricity. We only ask that the apt is left in a clean condition and the A/C is turned off when you leave the apt. The port is a ten to fifteen walk away. The famous Penon has a fabulous walk half way around it. The Roman Banos de Reina at the end of the street is part of a preserved large archaeology site just to the left of our building.
