House in Albayalde, a quiet urbanization in the Playa delSol area, (next to Villacana complex).
110m. Three double rooms (sleeps 6), Two full bathrooms, one in the main bedroom.
Access to the beach: 200/300 meters, an easy walk through quiet streets.
Living room with seating and dining area. The kitchen is small but functional.
The main terrace of the house overlooks the garden and the pool. The children's pool is in full view from there, a few metres away.

The urbanization comprises 5 blocks, each with its common garden inside and its pool. There is room to park inside the complex.
There is a free WIFI room available to residents in the complex.
There is a super market and several restaurants on the way to the beach, while big hypermarkets Lidl and Mercadona are just a few minutes away by car.

A pedestrian bridge across the Málaga-Cádiz road stands close to the complex, allowing easy access to the village of Cancelada, with an ample offer of restaurants and other facilities like pharmacy, shops, etc.

This is the second year we have booked this town house . It's amazing as it's situated in a very quiet area with a beautiful pool . Very well equipped town house with the beach just a short walk also bus stop for visiting nearby resorts. Would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic two weeks staying at this town house

This town house has everything you need its so spacious and very well situated for the beach or taking a walk over to cancelada to some lovely eating places. The bus stop also handy for taking you to Estapona or Peurto Banus and many more places.Would highly recommend this property as its comfortable and very peaceful during the evenings.

Una casa linda en un lugar entrañable. Han sido 15 días de verdadera desconexión, el complejo urbanístico gozaba de una gran conservación y mantenimiento, realmente tranquilo y retirado de zonas de ocio nocturno. Bien comunicado, cerca de Puerto Banus y Marbella. Una buena ubicación como centró de operaciones para conocer Andalucía.
