A lovely private 3-bedroomed villa located in the prestigious Gramacho Golf resort. The villa has three comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms and a separate guest cloakroom.On the main ground floor there are a guest cloakroom, a twin and a double bedroom sharing a full bathroom with separate shower and a bath, double sinks, and an open living/dining area which joins together with the modern kitchen. Glass patio doors lead from the living area to the swimming pool and outdoor seating area with a charcoal bbq. The swimming pool is 4 x 9m with a shallow end and Roman steps. 6 sun beds are provided for guests use.
The master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower) is upstairs with an access to a large roof terrace.
The villa has been finished to a high specification by its current owners and beautifully furnished throughout.
The villa is surrounded by a landscaped garden with some lawn areas and a small putting green.
The Estate Restaurant/Club house is a few minutes walk and there is also a small local supermarket within easy walk. The estate has a tennis court and children's play area as well as heated indoor pool and jacuzzi.
Cot and highchair are provided on request.
All bedlinen and towels are provided including separate towels for the pool use. The maid service includes a mid-week clean.
Travel cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge with prior request.
Car hire is recommended, off-road parking for two cars.
Alarm and small safe for valuables.
Non-smoking inside.
Preferred changeover day Friday.

Perfect villa for our family's needs
By Petra Setterberg on 15-Jun-2019This very well equipped villa is situated in a calm area with walking distance to the town centre where there are many good restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors to choose from as well as a nice beach. The house has everything you can need and the game room is a nice addition for us who have three teenagers and the kids spend a lot time there but most of their time is spent in the pool which is very well kept and just big enough for us. Renting with Ms Carr is very smooth and everything is kept very nicely. We highly recommend this villa!
