There is a very large pool , hot tub , outside Large Pavilion with dining area, comfortable seating , Charcoal and gas BBqs , sunbeds and umbrellas .
There is an oudoor chess/draughs set and a pergoda to escape to for a quiet time to read or watch the sea . The gardens are extensive and surround the whole villa with a large number of different seating areas .
All needs are catered for with a games room with pool and table tennis tables, and a Fully equipped Gym with shower room .
The villa is in a superb location for walking to Benagil beach with its famous caves , restaurants and bars .
Carvoeiro - A lovely lively village with its beach and many bars/restaurants and shops is approximately a 10 minute drive away . Lagoa is a small town is approximately 10 minutes away . there are pretty squares to sit and have a drink and snacks , some restaurants ,shops and banks , supermarkets , and Slide and Splash water park .

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
4pm check in time and 12 noon departure time * to be arranged to suit wherever possible .
CHANGEOVER DAY
May be any day provided they fit in with other bookings , Rental is weekly with further days added as required .
ARRIVAL FOODS AND DRINKS .
This may be arranged in advance if needed . There is a local supermarket you can order an online sop to be delivered to the villa .
SUPERMARKETS
There is a large number of fully stocked supermarkets in the Carvoeiro/Lagoa area . From High end to budget . APOLONIA supermarket deliver to the villa , via online ordering .
BOOKING
25% deposit secures - balance due 42 days ( 6 weeks) before arrival with damages deposit of 5%, refundable after holiday provided no damages .
A rental contract is posted to you .
