We have been holidaying with sundance villas (Irene) for many years and stayed in quite a few different villas and have never been disappointed. We also always use cy-breeze (nik) for are car hire who as never let us down there service is always very good. Unfortunately this year my husband feel ill and was Admitted into hospital due to the rush had not got any contact details with us only my phone which didn't have contacts in we had put them all in husband's phone. So I phoned are eldest son and got him to contact Irene in the UK. With no hesitation before I knew it Irene had got in touch with rep Nicole and nik of cy-breeze all of them stayed in touch with us all the time and as I was stressed and panicking with such concerns for my husband they put me at ease with their genuine concerns for us. As I had no sleep at all with worry i was in no state to drive by this time so I would thank nik of cy-brezze for driving me to villa iris to collect are suitcases then back to the hospital. By this time my husband had recovered enough to fly home. I can not thank Irene, Nicole and Nik enough they were Absolutely fantastic which has given us so much confidence with sundance villas (Irene)we have already booked are holidays for the next 2years and will always use cy-brezze(nik)for are car hire I must also add and say a big thank you to the owners of villa iris for your understanding Thank you Thank you Thank you
We will definitely be returning to Villa Iris next year - if not before!
By Judi Somerset on 07-Aug-2018
Dear Irene We had a really lovely relaxing holiday at Villa Iris. We had only a couple of very minor problems that Nicole dealt with immediately and very efficiently. She's a treasure! Villa Iris was perfect for us, clean & tidy and well-equipped with everything we could want. The 'welcome pack' and also the extra linen & towels that we had requested were all there when we arrived. Also, useful 'extras' like mosquito screens in the bedrooms and a drinking water tap were much appreciated. We barbecued a lot (we love the Cypriot-style BBQ and even bought one in the UK last year to use at home!) When we did eat out, we went to Sunset Restaurant next to the Bird Park on Lara Road, St George's - which is in a peaceful spot and run by a charming family. And we can recommend Zenta'a bar as one of the quieter bars in Coral Bay for us older folk. We will definitely be returning to Villa Iris next year - if not before!

Dear Irene, Villa Iris was an inspired choice and it really lived up to our expectations, as did Cyprus. We look forward to going back!
From the first phone call to getting home Villa Iris was quite the perfect holiday that you matched up for us!
By Tony on 13-Jun-2018
Hi Irene, Villa Iris was absolutely perfect for us and what we were looking for. You did us proud in pointing us in the right direction. From the first phone call to getting home it was quite the perfect holiday that you matched up for us. Car hire was first class and it was a great touch to meet us at the arrivals with the keys, it couldn't have gone any smoother if Nick had met us at the bottom of the planes steps with the car doors open! A lovely touch and so painless. The villa was superb, lovely peaceful location and to have the facility of being able to have freshly squeezed orange juice on tap was fantastic. From tree to glass in a few moments was wonderful. The pool was great to have and all facilities and amenities close by if needed. The villa was clean and tidy and the welcome pack came in very handy. Our rep was a great help to us and we tapped her wealth of knowledge on more than a few occasions. The best meals we ate were the ones where we drove out a little, we found a great village mentioned in your pack I believe called Kathikas. There were two lovely restaurants opposite each other, Imogens and Yiannis Tavern...well I highly recommend driving here as we kept coming back...the food and ambience in both was superb and half the prices of the meals we had before. The portions were huge and so tasty...I can taste them now as I write...well worth the price of the hire car alone to get there! The villa is ideal for couples seeking privacy or families seeking fun and relaxation. It was absolutely ideal for us and we look forward to our next visit. As for you Irene I can't thank you enough for organising a perfect holiday from start to finish, your recommendations were ideal and the holiday was all we wanted and more...thank you from all of us...and we'll be in touch soon for our next trip.
Fantastic, so secluded and peaceful, just what we look for when we hire a villa!
By David & Lynne Hinson on 06-Jun-2018
We had a fantastic week at the villa and were both pleasantly surprised with the location, so secluded and peaceful, just what we look for when we hire a villa. The welcome hamper was there on our arrival and was perfectly adequate, no complaints there and the villa was clean and tidy. Nicole came to the villa on our first morning. This wasn't a problem at all to us, Nicole is perfectly charming and left us with alternative contact details i.e. Mr Michael as she was due to fly home to Germany the following day. She arranged for the owner to call on us on the first evening to make the air conditioning available for us. He duly arrived, so we got that sorted without any problems, just as well really as the temperature had hit 35 degrees that day and the cool bedroom was a lifesaver! The positive aspects of the villa and it's location are too numerous to mention, we thoroughly enjoyed it! As far as restaurants are concerned, we ate at King Solomon's a couple of times as we've been there before and always receive a warm welcome and the food is very good as is the Coral Breeze which we tried on a couple of occasions. I particularly like it when the chefs in both these places took the time to come out of their kitchens, have a chat with the customers and ask if the food was to their liking. If we had to pick our best meal of the holiday, we would have to say that the Seriani at Coral Bay Strip was the best. It may have been a little more expensive than the others but was certainly worth it. The service was excellent, the waiters were smart, table linen spotless, cutlery polished and the food superb. I must mention Nik at Cy Breeze. He was there at the airport to meet us as planned even though we were slightly delayed. He is always so courteous and considerate, nothing seems to be too much trouble for him. We arranged to take the hire car back to their office in Paphos and asked if it were possible to then be taken to the airport and I asked him to include this service in the quotation for the car hire. He didn't charge us any extra for this trip, now that's what I call service! He has guaranteed our custom next time we visit Cyprus. By the way Irene, thanks for the tip about booking a flight via Olympic Holidays. We managed to get our 2 return flights for £367 through them with Jet2, and not even Jet2 themselves could beat that price! To summarise then, a great holiday, thoroughly enjoyed it and just wish we were there right now, maybe next year we'll have two weeks! Best Regards David & Lynne Hinson Repeat clients
Lovely! a really memorable holiday after 2 demanding years!
By Jo B Sarrett on 11-Apr-2018
Dear Irene Thanks so much for arranging our last minute holiday to Villa Iris. This was our first time in Cyprus and we had not realised we would drive on the same side as UK which was FAB. The villa is so quiet, we had read that Coral Bay can be lively, but in April it is wonderful. We would get up quite early and walk down to Corallia beach (Nicole showed us the best route) and after walking along the beach we would stop for a coffee and the pitta cake you told us about, bliss. The pool was swimmable but a bit chilly in April, although the sea was quite OK. A really memorable holiday after 2 demanding years. We highly recommend the Jeep Safari to the Akamas National Park with Stevies, (Nicole booked this for us at really good rates). Please keep us in the loop.
We really enjoyed picking oranges and grapefruit to have fresh for breakfast every morning.
By Phillip And Margaret on 06-Sep-2017
Hello Irene We did enjoy our holiday at Villa Iris. It was lovely. Stavros and his wife were there to greet us within minutes of our arrival, and another friend dropped in to make sure the television was working. The food hamper was stored in the fridge for us. Everything was very clean and in its place. They had put a new toaster and coffee machine in the villa and left a couple of dishwasher tablets until I got organised. We really enjoyed picking oranges and grapefruit to have fresh for breakfast every morning. We would recommend the Villa and we would certainly not hesitate to go there again. It really was a lovely holiday.
