“Lovely time at Villa Rosa, it was perfect. It was such a treat to be so close to the sea, and to be able to explore this beautiful coastline with its odd rock formation, on foot.” Villa Rosa is a spacious comfortable villa surrounded by a well maintained mature garden, just 200m from the sea. The private pool is solar heated. If you would like a warmer pool, this option is available too, at a reasonable cost. The sea views towards Sea Caves and also to Coral Bay are outstanding from the large upstairs terraces. The house is fully air conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi for you to keep in touch with the outside world. The large LCD TV is connected to a Triotech media streamer Android box for International channels which include BBC and ITV. You can also stream Russian, German and French channels. Films are also available. The covered verandah with BBQ overlooking the pool is an excellent and much enjoyed feature, as it has a practical roll down blind at one end, which cuts the wind out. As a result, this area can be used for eating outside until the end of October. Whether you prefer full sun or shade, the poolside offers a variety of positions for the sun loungers, lots of areas with full sun and also a designated shaded area. Even though there are other villas around, the pool feels quite secluded, due to the mature shrubs and trees. Villa Rosa is perfect for couples and families who want to enjoy a semi-rural villa accessible for touring Western Cyprus, as you are 5 minutes’ drive from the wild Akamas National Park and undeveloped Lara Bay, and 10 minutes from Peyia village Corallia Beach and the nightlife and beach at Coral Bay. The beautiful sea caves area is in front, Coral Bay and Corallia blue flag sandy beaches are to the left, and the wild Akamas National Park is to the right. There is easy access to Paphos Town, just follow the coast road for 30 minutes. Historic Paphos is an interesting mix of old and new, and it offers excellent shopping and nightlife. A good day to visit Paphos is Wednesday, as the local fresh fruit and vegetables are offered for sale by the local villagers. You have easy access to the short cut to Latchi and undeveloped Chrysochou Bay at Polis via the E709, about 30 minutes’ drive with beautiful scenery. Don’t miss it. The rugged Sea Caves coastline and its pretty coves, and Sundance Villas favourite Sea Caves Tavern are within walking distance, and George’s Ranch for horse riding is close by.
Lovely time such a treat to be so close to the sea, and a treat to be able to explore this beautiful coastline with its odd rock formation, on foot.

Dear Irene, We had a lovely time at Villa Rosa. As we said we wanted a spacious villa, and sea views, and it was perfect. It was such a treat to be so close to the sea, and to be able to explore this beautiful coastline with its odd rock formation, on foot. Many thanks to the Car Hire Co who met us at the airport, and then escorted us to the villa. Pat your Rep (what a lovely lady) was really helpful and gave us lots of advice on interesting walks. Pat arranged for the air conditioning to be "on" for our arrival as requested, and this was such a treat when we walked in, as was the welcome hamper and cold wine. We will be in touch and will certainly recommend you to our friends.
Another lovely holiday with Sundance Villas, and Cybreeze for our car hire

Immaculate villa, and you made the whole experience both effortless and a pleasure.

Hi Irene, The villa proved to be everything and more than you had previously described, and was immaculate both in terms of its internal fittings and level of cleanliness. The pool was used at every opportunity by us during our stay and was often a godsend! Items that I would recommend from our stay would be as follows: Jeep Safari of the Troodos Mountains was fantastic value. The girls loved the horse riding at George's Ranch. The glass bottomed boat trip was OK; albeit with the absence of us seeing many fish, but the trip was rescued by us being able to view in great detail a local shipwreck just outside of the harbour. A day spent at the Pathos bird park was also enjoyable and included us being able to get a picture of the girls holding a Boa Constrictor! We ate out on 13 of our 14 nights in Cyprus, and I can honestly say that we did not have a single meal that was unacceptable in that time. As this was to be the first time that we had booked a holiday with you, you will no doubt recall that I had some initial reservations and worries? I can honestly say that these proved to be totally unfounded as you made the whole experience both effortless and a pleasure. Should you wish to use this e-mail or part of it in any future list of testimonials, I would have no objection to you supplying my e mail address to prospective customers in order that they could ask any further questions of me directly. Once again many thanks for your assistance.

Hi Irene Just thought I would drop you a few line as regards our recent holiday at Villa Rosa We all had a great time and were really impressed with the location and the quality of the villa. The peace and quiet and space around the villa was something I didn't expect, The Sea Caves area development is quite impressive with the surrounding villas well spaced apart and only a five minute walk down to the caves and a small secluded cove with a small beach area. The villa and pool etc were exceptional, I only wish we had booked it for two weeks, so we could have done more site seeing due to the fact we spent most of the time round the pool because it was so peaceful, relaxing and had terrific views of the near by hillsides. The Car hire service was excellent as well the rep was waiting for us when we arrived (even though the flight arrived early) and lead the way to the villa, which relieved the stress of having to try and find the villa on our own, even though the directions you enclosed were spot on, it still made the transfer form the airport to the villa a lot easier. Everything about the holiday was first class from the villa/pool and patio area, the welcome pack, the cleanliness of the villa and its location I will be recommending your services to my friends along with your web address, and will not hesitate to book with you again in the near future.
Fabulous, and we will book through you again

Excellent! Early April swimming in heated pool over 80 degrees F! (Indian Ocean type temps)
By Bob & Avril on 18-Apr-2018
Villa Rosa turned out to be an excellent venue for an early season break, the villa was equipped to a very high standard with everything you might wish for. We are very long term visitors to Cyprus having used many of the hotels around Paphos over the years and seen the area grow and develop it was therefore very interesting for us to stay in this lovely villa. Rosa has a superb pool which was heated both by solar panels AND a further boost which we had daily to keep the temperature up to over 80 F (Indian Ocean type temps) to make early season swimming a delight, the villa is tucked away in a nice quiet location and we hardly ever saw or heard our neighbours, while the garden is laid out in a low maintenance manner but having some lovely flowers which were just starting to come into bloom, two bottle brush bushes of differing types which became very colourful as well at Pomellos and Grapefruit, the latter were very nice, but not having tasted the former were slightly disappointed at both the taste (very little) and the very thick skin, however the scent from the flowers is fantastic. The location of the Villa being very close to Coral Bay and Peyia means that you have a really good choice of places to eat and for us to revisit Seriani which we first visited when it opened over 25 years ago was a must, a very good and vastly changed and improved Taverna but still run by George who has both upgraded and modernised in this time, as well as instantly recognising us again. A visit to Kathikas just up the road was again a must and to have a few excellent and extremely good value meals at Yiannis and be treated to his great hospitality was very high on our things to do list, and once again we were not wrong. Having visited Cyprus so many times in the past, probably over 10 times now through Irene and Sundance villas we can only endorse Rosa as a beautiful addition to our list of venues.
Villa Rosa in April
By Debbie Mitchell on 04-Apr-2018
A very well equipped, modern, spacious villa set in a quiet location with lovely gardens to front and rear. We wanted to make good use of the pool so had the "boost" and it worked beautifully. We would advise that you do need a hire car to be able to see the sights. Highly recommended.
Great time at Villa Rosa
