Description
Located in the Monte Pedreguer area of the Costa Blanca with the coastal towns of Javea, Denia and Moraira a short drive away.Villa Arcot is an exquisite three bedroom villa that sleeps 6 people. It boasts the most wonderful open views and has beautiful picture windows. The villa has air conditioninging, private salt water swimming pool, european television and wifi.
Entry to the Villa is down 14 steps which leads to a private garden and seating area. On this level there are the three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and the master bedroom suite has magnificient views.
The living room, dining room, cloak room and kitchen are on the lower level of the villa. There is air conditioning, satelite TV offering many European chanels and Wifi.
The villa has been furnished to a lovely standard and the owners have excellent taste which reflects in the finish. The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped. Leading off from the living room is the covered naya which is furnished for relaxing and dining.
Externally there is a salt water private swimming pool (50 square meters). There are serveral different areas furnished for relaxing, dining and sun bathing. The views from the pool terrace are magnificent. This is a very special place to spend your family holiday. The shopping center is approx 5km away, the beach in Denia is 12km and Javea is 16km
Please note that there are steps around the grounds of the villa that may make the property unsuitable for some guests.

Fabulous family holiday.
By Ben S on 01-Aug-2020Fabulous family holiday. Beautiful surroundings, everything needed for a mixed family group. Lots of different areas to enable everyone to enjoy time together or quiet time away from the group. The salt water pool was enjoyed by everyone - so nice not to have chemicals in the pool. The rooms had good air conditioning and comfortable beds. Would recommend Villa Arcot to any family looking for a relaxing get together. Wonderful

The views are stunning and the location is very peaceful. I’d recommend a car to get to the local beaches (about 15 mins drive) however Monroes carvery and bar is within walking distance. Be warned there is a steep hill to walk home though. We loved every minute at the villa and can’t wait to return!

It´s a really nice one, The immediate area is very quiet - there is one restaurant / bar which is about 10 minutes walk. The return walk is up a hill and there are no street lights at night. The villa is lovely.
