The wonderful villa Casa Chiko is located in a short distance from the small town of Moraira and the town's beach, playa de l'Ampolla, perhaps 10 minutes of the comfortable walk. The house itself is a beautiful holiday home , with very spacious garden on few levels , pool terrace , parking for two cars , BBQ corner, fish pond and various seating areas , including one on the top terrace, where you can enjoy greenery and sea views.
The area is very quiet , as it is one of the last houses in the closed street. Please ask for more pictures because I am allowed only 25 and I feel , you need to see more. The upper master bedroom and lower accomodation bigger bedroom have an air -conditioners , the other two bedrooms have a ceiling fans. The living room has also new air conditioner. There are 5 bedrooms in total but two bedrooms are with single beds.
There are few flights of stairs leading to the main door, however half way of the stairs is lower accommodation accessible from the pool terrace , therefore ideal for older people. The house has two levels connected internally with the stairs , the lower part has two bedrooms , bathroom and kitchenette with the small living room, with direct access to the pool terrace. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has one single bed. The upper part has very spacious living room / kitchen area with big island and bar stools. Two big dining areas and big living room with beautiful arched windows and lovely sea views.The master bedroom has a king size bed and on-suite bathroom , the other bedroom is also king size but the bathroom is accessed by the big internal corridor. This charming house is full of life with lots of plants and greenery wherever you look ,you will not want to leave.
