Landscaped gardens with a large infinity swimming pool, shaded outdoor terraces, mature olive and fruit trees and you get to enjoy stunning views of the mediterranean sea and mountains.
Completely private, the swimming pool and surrounding terrace provide the perfect spot to relax under 2 large shady terraces and a Naya, with a large grass area below with ancient Olive tree. The villa has 3 large bedrooms all with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The master bedroom is a large room with private landing, en-suite shower room, a king-size bed, plenty of wardrobe space and its own private terrace with coffee table to enjoy the fabulous views to El Portet. There are a further 2 bedrooms on the lower levels; a double bedroom and a twin room sharing a large family bathroom with bath and walk in shower. There is a further separate WC on the mid level.
The living room is very spacious and cool, it is adjacent to the pool and both the terraces and dining areas. In a “open plan” style the living room connects to the dining room and kitchen and incorporates a work station for guests who need to do a little work while on vacation. The living room has 2 air-conditioning units meaning it is always cool and comfortable. The kitchen connects seamlessly with the dining area which comfortably seats 8 people. The kitchen itself continues the Moroccan theme with blue tiles, and a stunning statement stone sink.
Outside there is a neat summer kitchen with sink and a large electric plancha (hot plate style) BBQ and a further dining area for 6 guests. In front of the living room there is an African style covered terrace with a further informal dining area for 4 guests to enjoy a snack, play cards and enjoy a glass of Cava, along with the dining area there is also a lounge seating area for 4 people.
When you venture down to the lower level you will find a beautiful and unexpected surprise, your very own natural stone “bodega” or Spanish wine cellar, perfectly cool and with plenty of space for all the wine you could want.
