Welcome to our beautiful beachside ground floor apartment, set within manicured Mediterranean gardens of the prestigious Moorish urbanisation ofLa Perla de la Bahia on Casares Costa on the Costa del Sol, which is situated between Estepona and the stunning La Duquesa marina.
One of the highlights of holidaying at La Perla de la Bahia is its prime location on the beachside walk. Offering guests the opportunity for seafront walks and beautiful coastal views with easy access to our local beach bars.
The apartment has two bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. A stylishly designed apartment it offers a living, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, sun terrace with glass curtains allowing the terrace to be used all year round and an electric awning providing shade for those hot summer days with full air conditioning/ heating throughout the apartment when required depending on the season.
Bedroom one has a king bed with Egyptian cotton linens, hypoallergenic pillows and duvet and towels, ceiling paddle fan for those hot summer nights. USB charging socket. The bedroom offers French windows to the private terrace with concertina mosquito net doors, an ensuite bathroom benefits from underfloor heating with jacuzzi bath and separate shower, twin basins, toilet and bidet.
Bedroom two has twin beds with Egyptian cotton linens and towels, hypoallergenic pillows and duvets this room benefits from overhead paddle fan for those hot summer nights and French window with secure ornamental" reja" to allow them to be opened at nighttime, an ensuite shower room with underfloor heating and shower cubicle, basin and mirror.
The spacious living room with very comfortable sofas and chaise, flat screen tv with satellite channels and wifi throughout the apartment. The dining area has dining in comfort for six. Alternatively the terrace also offers a further al fresco dining area also for six your choice !!
Modern kitchen has all that you could need to cook wonderful Mediterranean cuisine offering an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and fully equipped in terms of crockery, glasses, cutlery, pans, trays and dishes etc.
Laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The quiet pool closest to the apartment is just steps away (with more to choose from on the urbanisation) The beach is just across the coastal walkway with entrance from the beautiful tropical gardens (with secure key access) and just minutes along the Mediterranean walkway are the beach bars Bahia Beach, the very popular La Sal and the exclusive Beach Club Finca Cortesin.
Whilst here why not visit the glitzy Marbella, people watch in Puerto Banus (around 30 mins away) or the British overseas territory of Gibraltar just 45 mins away (don't forget your passport !)
