Description

Our villa is nestled in the quint village of Cozvijar with panoramic views of the Sierra Nevada mountains and only a 30 minute drive from Cozvijar to the stunning city of Granada (with airport), a 40 minute drive to the Costa tropical and an hours drive to the Ski Centre, Sierra Nevada.

The architectural designed house has a calm and cool feel, perfect for the ultimate get away. It has a large private pool , a mini-market and a few bars only a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk away.

The villa can be rented entirely and sleeps 10 people.

The main house is spread over 2 floors. Upstairs there are 2 x king size bedrooms (1 en-suite) 2 x twin bedroom (1 bunk bed room) and a double sofa bed room. There is a shared bathroom and shower room with traditional Spanish tiles. All have matching handmade, bespoke wardrobes, dressing tables and strategically placed mirrors. All bedrooms have private Juliet balconies to admire the spectacular views. Downstairs is a large open plan lounge, diner and kitchen decorated in a traditional Spanish style. The living space is an open plan lounge, diner and fully equipped kitchen with double doors that lead onto the large patio for alfresco dining.

The roof terrace is the perfect place to soak up golden hour and enjoy a sundowner. There is a cushioned seating area, table and chairs, fridge and sink.

All bed linen and towels are provided, as well as beach towels.

If you want to venture from the house, it is perfectly placed near mountains, the beach, historical city and quintessential Spanish villages. It is also close to award winning golf courses. There are a range of beaches with sunbeds and chinringuito serving food and drinks. In the house, we have provided information about interesting places to visit along with recommendations for great places to eat where homemade food from locally sourced ingredients is served.

Perfect holiday house

Beautiful home, pool and lovely living areas. Fantastic entertaining area near the pool. We loved walking down to the local bar in the evenings, everyone is very welcoming, beautiful walks from the home. Short drive to Granada. I would recommend this holiday home to everyone. Look forward to going back.

Casa Lucia is a home from home. You feel immediately comfortable, like a great hotel, only better! It has everything you could want and need in terms of facilities and the location is perfect, either for a quick shopping trip for supplies or a day trip to Granada. Will definitely be back!

Perfect vacation

My favorite vacation was spent in this beautiful home! It has great amenities. It’s an easy drive to Granada or up into the mountains or the perfect place to relax and grill by the pool. Loved spending time at the local bar in the village which was a quick walk from the house.
