Casa Begonia is on Cumbre Del Sol, a residential area between Moraira and Javea.
There are bars, restaurants and beaches at both Moraira and Javea and a small beach restaurant and a supermarket on Cumbre Del Sol itself.
The space:
Two king bedrooms (one with ensuite shower room) further bathroom and a twin room. The villa is open plan living and features air con and wifi.
The bedrooms all have air con, and door to pool terrace (apart from the twin room which does not have terrace door) Obviously there are doors to the pool from the living area as well as air con and huge tv.The kitchen is modern and has all appliances.
The living area is spacious and elegant.
Theres a seperate bbq terrace also with wonderful sea views.
The floodlit pool is set in a lovely terrace overlooking the sea and has integral steps.There are loungers and comfortable seating beside the pool for al fresco dining
Guest access
Access is via a keys safe beside the front door with a secret number.
Other things to note
Thee is a riding stable on the development and lovely country walks.
A car is necessary at this location but the fabulous sea views make it worthwhile.
