Our spacious, stylish 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is located in the quiet Bridgewater Crossing and benefits from having a Lake View.

Close to shopping, restaurants, world-class golf courses, and less than 15 minutes to Walt Disney World. This villa features a fully-screened private pool and spa which is surrounded by an expansive pool deck with sun loungers, a covered dining area and a BBQ grill.

Kick back and relax in the open plan lounge with views to the oversized pool. Plenty of seating for the whole family, large 65” flat-screen TV with a full cable line-up is perfect for a movie night in or watching the game.

The fully-equipped kitchen features upgraded appliances, granite countertops, and every tool you would require to make a delicious meal. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the formal dining space with seating for 6 guests.

The beautiful master bedroom with a large king-size bed and en-suite bathroom is serenely decorated and offers a spa-like retreat at the end of a long day spent exploring the many Central Florida attractions. There is also a safe for your personal use.

There are two Queen bedrooms; each configured with an adjacent bathroom which can be closed off from the rest of the villa to create a private en-suite bathroom; and an additional bedroom comprised of 2 Twin beds.

ALL bedrooms are equipped with new pillow top mattress’s, flat-screen Roku TVs with cable programming, ceiling fans, and plenty of storage for your belongings.

A Laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is provided for your convenience.

The Games Room offers plenty of action with a pool table, an Air Hockey game, Electronic darts, and a TV with Sony PlayStation 4 and several games.

The large, fully-screened pool invites you to take a refreshing dip or you may prefer to soak up the sun while relaxing on one of the 8 provided sun beds. The full length covered lanai offers seating in the shade and has three fans to keep you cool. Plenty of towels are provided for your convenience. The pool/Spa can be heated for an additional charge (recommend during winter months) and there are door alarms for added security when you have small children in your party.

Our management company will ensure that the villa is thoroughly cleaned and ready for your stay, with plenty of towels and additional bed linen available if required.

Hi speed internet and WiFi is provided at no additional charge along with local telephone calls.

We have even fitted USB charging points throughout so you can leave your chargers at home.

An extremely well equipped, beautifully decorated and well furnished home in a fabulous location. Have just returned from a very relaxing stay at this villa and can't wait to return. Spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly need for a family holiday. Plenty of shops nearby and the attractions of Disney and outlet shopping a short, easy drive away. The area is extremely safe and I went running everyday around the development and slightly further a field - Not many people around but those I did meet were always friendly. Pool is maintained at a very pleasant temp for either a daytime or evening dip. The views from the pool around the lake are lovely and plenty of wild life to watch. If you are wondering whether this villa is the one for you and your family - it is! Booking it couldn't be easier as the owners are great to deal with and you have the comfort of a management company nearby should you have any problems.

Amazing Holiday staying at Sunset Lake

Just back from an amazing holiday staying at Sunset Lake. The villa was extremely easy to find and situated near a brilliant location called Champions Gate. Lots of amenities on the door step. Don’t be put off cause it’s not in a gated community, we felt very safe the whole holiday.

The villa was perfect for our needs. We are a family of five, three of which are teenagers. The kids all had their own bedroom which gave them their own space with large TVs to entertain when needed. Although the first thing they did was to connect to the WiFi , which was really easy and allowed them to instantly and constantly go on social media! Three of the bedrooms had en suite which gave us the perfect amount of toilets and shower facilities for all of us. The master bedroom was a superb size with a walk in closet and door leading to the outside living space.

The indoor living space was open plan and well laid out. Kitchen was well appointed and we couldn’t have asked for a better amount and variety of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

The outdoor living space was great too. More than enough sun beds and seating for us all and the use of a barbecue was fantastic. The pool is a great size and theirs a hot tub to chill out in. We chose to heat the pool while we were there and it was a great decision particularly due to the time of year.

We had great fun in the games room playing pool, air hockey and darts.

We had already decided not to do Universal and only Disney so the location for the parks was perfect. Having said that, we did visit the outlets which was up beside Universal and it was easy to get to too. The I4 is a very busy road to use but because of the location of the villa you can easily access Old Lake Wilson Road which is quieter and takes less time getting to Disney and you can visit a Walmart Superstore that way too!

We really struggled to find fault with this villa. With five very different personalities from the one family, it’s quite a challenge to please us all! None of us said “I wish the villa had.....”. We all had the perfect time, so much so we can’t wait to go back (according to my kids it’s to be a yearly thing!). All being well we will be back December 2019 and we all want to stay in Sunset Lake. Thanks for hosting us!
