Deia - Andrew Lloyd-Webber, one of our neighbours, wrote an article in the Times that Deia had, in his opinion, the best cuisine and restaurants in the Mediterranean. There are at least 5 world class restaurants in Deia, some of them within walking distance from the villa.The property is furnished to an exceptionally high standard, offering the perfect blend of true Mediterranean living with all modern requirements. There is a large private salted pool ( can be heated with an extra cost ) with steps into the shallow end. The pool is bordered by a large terrace and mature peaceful gardens. The property, main house and guest house, is set in private gated land where you will find many palm trees. FOR A MAXIMUM OF 10 PEOPLE plus 2 children under 12. "Main House" offers 4 bedrooms,3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, salon and lounge with atelite TV and free WiFI, private parking and swimming pool ( can be heated to an extra cost during the winter period only ).
The "Guest House", at a few steps from the main house, offers one bedroom open to a lounge with 2 sofa beds ( to sleep 2 children under 12 ) and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
Located at S'empeltada and at only 15 minutes walk from the center of Deia, the house is surrounded by the tramuntana mountains and lovely sea views.
