From the terrace on the first floor you have a superb panoramic view of the countryside, a large 11x5m covered or open swimming pool and barbecue area.
This extremely large villa provides traditional but high standard accommodation. The main house features all on one floor, a very large lounge with satellite television, a bar, pool table, a card table and a dining area. There is a large fully fitted kitchen with doors to the courtyard, three large double bedrooms with air conditioning and full ensuite bathroom and one twin bedroom. Further accommodation is available apart from the main house, with its own separate access. These two guest rooms have double beds both with air conditioning and private full shower rooms and a small kitchenette area. There is also another one bedroom apartment on the grounds with two double beds with air conditioning and a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Ideal villa for a large family and group holidays.

This villa may be rented as a four bedroom V4 (only main house) or as a 7 bedroom V7 (main house plus the two apartments).

Payment Conditions
A 25% Deposit is due within 5 business days from the day of booking (non refundable).
The remaining 75% to be received three weeks prior to clients arrival date (non refundable).
A breakage deposit of €500 to be paid on arrival and will be given back in cash on the day of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
All payments have to be made by bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy: Deposit and remaining payment are non refundable in case of cancellation.
