Villa Sereno is a detached property located on urbanisation Monte y Mar in Gran Alacant - just 10 minutes from Alicante Airport, so you can be enjoying the mountain and sea views in no time at all. With its own private pool, tiled patio area, sun terrace and garden, there will be plenty of opportunities to claim your favourite spot during your stay.
The villa will sleep up to six people comfortably and is air-conditioned throughout. There is a travel cot should you be arriving with a young baby, and shaded areas to keep them safely out of direct sunlight. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities and there is the added convenience of a separate shower room.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ONE UPSTAIRS TWIN ROOM WITH ENSUITE IS ONLY ACCESSED BY AN OUTSIDE STAIR CASE.
Elsewhere, there is a comfortable, spacious fully-furnished lounge and separate dining area, with free, unlimited WiFi access, free English speaking TV channels, DVD player and CD-Radio player to cater for all the usual indoor entertainment needs.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich toaster and hot water kettle. The villa also has a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience. There is a hairdryer in the bedroom.
There is a travel cot in the Villa.
Towels and bed linen are provided by the agents for 10 euros per person. There is a charge by the agents of 100 euros for cleaning the Villa after your stay.
Offering an especially convenient location for all the local amenities, Villa Sereno is within easy walking distance of several supermarkets, local shops, banks and at least 15 restaurants.
THE BEACH is about half an hour walk or take the hourly villa train (runs during the summer months and stops just opposite the villa) there are also plenty of buses and the bus stop is just outside the villa.
There are 2 air conditioned bedrooms downstairs: one with a king size bed and an ensuite bath/shower, the other has 2 single beds, there is also a shower room. The third air conditioned bedroom is upstairs (by external staircase) with 2 single beds and an ensuite bath/shower room. All bed mattress are of high quality. The large solarium is also on this level with beautiful views. This villa is suitable for 6 persons plus a travel cot. The A/C units also have fan only or hot air facility. There are 3 hair dryers.

A minimum of 7 nights can be booked, start and finish at any day of the week so there's more choice with flights.
If you are arriving late on a Saturday evening please be aware that the large supermarkets are only permitted to open on a Sunday for 12 weeks of the year (high season). Please check the dates with my agents as they can provide a small grocery pack if you wish to order.
Access to the Villa is 4pm onwards. Vacate on day of departure by 10am to allow for cleaning.
A deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking which is refundable if holiday is cancelled MORE than 60 days before arrival.
The balance plus a £300 security deposit per week is required 60 days prior to arrival date. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days (MINIS the ELECTRICITY used per unit, charged at the current price, meter read by the agents) when you return the keys to our Agent and they have checked the villa and contents for damage, any damage costs will be taken from this deposit.
There is a key collection/meet charge of 25€ and 100€ fee for cleaning the house after your stay, also 10€ per person for bedlinen/towels (no beach towels provided) per week, which will all be collected by our agent in Euros during your stay.

The nearest airport is Alicante airport which is about 10 minutes drive away.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance of Villa Sereno also five supermarkets including Mercadona and Lidl.
Large supermarkets are open on a Sunday for 12 weeks in high season only. Our Agents offer a shopping service if you arrive late or on a Sunday out of season.
The bus stop is just outside the Villa and there is a village 'train' that runs (on the road) around the village most daylight hours during the summer months.
The beautiful Caribassi beach at Los Arenales which is about a 30 minutes walk or five minutes car journey. In high summer there is water sports and entertainment on the beach.
Theme parks include Terra Mitica, Mundo Mar and Rio Safari Park at Elche.
Places of interest are Guadalest, Cuevas del Canelobre (caves), Fonts de L'Algar (waterfalls) and El Huerta del Cura (gardens).
There are plenty of castles and museums in the local area.
Live evening shows at the Benidorm Palace in Benidorm which is about 40 minutes away by car.
There is live music in the local bars, all within easy walking distance.
