This stunning 3 bedroomed 2 bathroom Villa set in the lovely area of Costa Nova in Javea, close to the Granadella Country Park and beach.
Built in 2007 this 3 bed Villa has many features such as satellite TV, aircon in each room, a utility room consisting of washer and dryer should you need to use them. The bright and spacious lounge overlooks the large, well matured, astro turfed garden with a 10m x 5m swimming pool with outside shower.
There is a large outside dining area with BBQ, table , parasol and plenty of sun loungers to relax. Or you could dine out on the covered south facing terrace area overlooking the garden and pool where you will have the sun late into the evening.
There is a large open planned lounge, American kitchen and dining area that leads onto the naya. There are 3 bedrooms with mosquito nets in each. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and super-king size bed. There are 2 further bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. All 3 bedrooms have built in wardrobes.
There is free WIFI + TV/SAT (UK) DVD.
Within the vicinity you will find a small supermarket and a bakery (5 minutes walk away), also 2 bars - Azahars which has an excellent outside bar and lovely restaurants serving delicious food and tapas. The Lounge bar which opens at 4 every day and there are also two other nearby restaurants offering Italian or German Food.
About 4 Kms away is the lovely sandy Arenal beach, an extraordinarily bustling and lively atmosphere with a large choice of bars restaurants and shops. There are pedalos for the children and you can hire jets skis and rides out on motorboats if you wish.
There are lot of water sports available at the beach. bikes, tennis, golf etc are available locally.

Perfect and exceeded our expectations
By Hayley on 01-Sep-2020We had a wonderful summer holiday at Villa Corriol. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The pool and gardens were the highlight for us. The lawns are immaculate and it was difficult to tell it was artificial grass! There are a few restaurants within walking distance - however we were glad we had a car so that we could go to the local Arenal beach. Hope to visit again soon. Hayley and Family
