This traditional Spanish villa is situated on the quiet urbanization of Pinosol. It has an enclosed garden and private pool making it suitable for families.

There are 3 bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite and 2 twin rooms with a family bathroom.

The villa is equipped with Internet and English TV stations including most sports channels, Netflix & Amazon prime programs, each bedroom has an air conditioning unit, there is also central heating and an open fire available for winter lets.

The villa has off road parking for one car.

There are a selection of beach toys, some children's games and books for you to borrow during your stay.

The villa is approximately 1.5km from the beach and shops, there is a restaurant, bar and play area within 50m.

There is plenty to do in the area, there are 6 Golf courses within 45 mins of the villa, you can hire pedalos, canoes, boats etc at the beach, there is a diving centre in Javea.

Notes on accommodation:
This property is suitable for families as it is completely enclosed. Travel cot and booster seat are provided free of charge, any other child or baby equipment can be provided for a small fee (bookable in advance). We also provide a hair dryer.

There is a food preparation area with a gas BBQ & gas ring for making paellas. Covered sun terrace with dinner table and 6 chairs, small table with 4 chairs. There is a grassed area of lawn. Sun loungers & umbrella. The pool is 8m by 4m with corner steps.

Pricing Information:
A deposit of £100 is payable on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. There is a refundable damage deposit of £200 to be paid with the balance.
The price shown is per day, there are a minimum number of days you can book, this varies depending upon the time of year.
The cost includes all linen and towels (Bath, Hand & Beach), Meet and Greet service and end of stay cleaning.
