. OUR VILLA IS NEW TO SIMPLY OWNERS and we offer 3 bedrooms, two with king-size beds and ensuites. Fitted wardrobes and air conditioning in every room. The third room havıng two single beds with an adjacent main bathroom. The round sitting room consists of air conditioning and a fifty-inch Tv with a firestick. and cosy log burner. The kitchen consists of a washing machine, dishwasher, and gas hob with free gas bottle. electric oven, microwave, toaster, American-style fridge freezer, plus water cooler with free 19 litres of water,
Externally there is a private enclosed mature garden with a 10x5 metre pool and shaded area with sun loungers, tables and chairs plus a large movable barbeque with free gas, A small balcony overlooking the sea is accessible from the round bedroom as is a larger balcony with sunbeds and mountain views,,
Within walking distance of the Villa, there are bars/ restaurants and local shops. Within a 5-minute drive, there are turtle-nesting beaches, with bars/restaurants ideal for swimming and snorkelling. Horse riding, archery, a bowling club and a dive school. 1 2 1 swimming lesson can be arranged..in the immediate area there is mountain and forest walks and a paved sea walk. with sea bridges and a quaint harbour can be accessed with a 5-minute drive,
Karsiyaka is an unspoilt part of a changing Northern Cyprus where a Goggle box celebrity chooses to make his home.
The Turkish lira exchange rates are very favourable against the pound, dollar and euro. A top tip would be to exchange money here instead of in your own country as the rates are even more favourable here.

Please Note . When booking , payment is for requested guest numbers only, Any additional persons added after the deposit has been paid will incur a charge of 45 gbp per person per week maximum occupancy is 6.

A 25% non-refundable deposıt of the total price of your booking is required to confirm your booking, paid by bank transfer.
The full balance is required 4 weeks before arrival,
A 350 GBP bond is required against damage and breakages payable with the balance. Refunded 1 week after the end of your holiday provided everything is in order

Electricity - We offer a generous allowance of 300 units of electricity per week, which is more than ample for most guests. Any usage over and above 300 units per week will be charged at a rate of 0.30p per unit and the funds will be deducted from your deposit.
A non-smoking policy is in place at the Villa. Ashtrays are provided for outside use only.
No pets allowed.
