The apartment is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with an open plan living and dining area.
The master bedroom as an en-suite shower room, whilst there is also a main bathroom offering both a bath and shower.
There are two private balconies; one off the master bedroom with a small table and chairs, and a large terrace off the living area with a barbeque, a 6-seater table, and two sun loungers. Both balconies have canopies that can be extended to provide shade at the hottest parts of the day and offer views of the Las Terrazas community as well as the wider La Manga resort.
The living room has a large TV with cable satellite channels and a dvd player. There is also a CD player, and speakers for an iPod. WIFI is also available throughout the apartment.
You will have full access to all areas of the apartment and access to the private community pool in Las Terrazas.
Las Terrazas is a private community within the La Manga Club resort. The road leading to the apartment is access-only for residents and guests.
La Club Manga resort offers 3 golf courses, 18 tennis courts, 8 football pitches and swimming pools. There is also an abundance of restaurants, as well as on-site supermarkets, pubs & bars, pharmacy, doctors and a petrol station.

A really lovely apartment, exactly what we needed, everything is supplied and more, the owner, Tracey is very helpful, the apartment is in a great location near to the village square and the pool and we would definitely recommend this apartment
The property was clean and had everything we required. It was in a great location next to the square so everything was within walking distance. I booked the day before i arrived and the owner was brilliant in accommodating my very last minute stay A******* Would book here again, Thank You Tracy
