Encosta da Marina is situated in a great location, the complex being just a 3-minute walk to the Marina, with its array of restaurants and bars and less than a 10-minute walk to the spectacular white sands of the Meia-Praia Beach, with its large variety of water sports, beach bars and boat trips.
A short walk over the footbridge, along the avenida, you will find yourself in the centre of Lagos, to enjoy all the ambiance and atmosphere of this beautiful historic town. The cobbled streets, boutiques, street entertainers, musicians and large variety of restaurants serving delicious mixtures of local and traditional cuisine, will totally captivate you.
Apartment Encosta, provides lovely modern accommodation for families of all ages. The apartment has air condtioning in all rooms that also provides heating for Winter lets.
The property has WIFI, a smart TV and UK TV is streamed directly to provide a large number of channels including sports and movies. There is a DVD player as well as a docking station for your own music.
From the front entrance of the apartment, the door opens into the entrance hall, to the left is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and all modern appliances.
There is a door leading out from the kitchen onto the large balcony facing towards the marina. There is a built in BBQ. outside dining furniture and seating for 6 people to enjoy alfresco dining, along with sun loungers to soak up the sun.
The living area is very spacious and bright with a dining table and 6 chairs, there are 2 comfortable sofas. Patio doors lead out to the large balcony.
There are 2 bedrooms, the Master bedroom has a king size bed or can be left as 2 singles, the luxurious en-suite bathroom has a bath and overhead shower.
The second bedroom is a twin bedroom, again with the flexibility of the beds being made up as twins or a super king bed.
A separate shower room with walk in shower is located in the hall with WC and vanity unit.
Both bedrooms have sliding patio doors facing towards the central pool area.
The pool area is extremely safe for children of all ages being fully enclosed in the centre of the complex. There are plenty of sun loungers, children’s pool, play area, shower and toilet facilities.
The train station, the bus station, and supermarket, being open daily and a fantastic range of are just a 5 minute walk from the complex.
For golf enthusiasts there are many championship courses all within a very easy reach. Boa Vista Palmares and Penina Golf Courses, to name a few, all within a short drive from the complex.
Due to the central location of this complex a car is not required.
Great villa
We were very pleased with this property. It was very spacious inside and lots of seating areas outside. Close to supermarkets and shops and not too far to the marina and the beach. This villa had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic 11 days in this apartment in Lagos. Very rarely does an apartment match up with the pictures on the website but this one does. The apartment is ideally located and has everything required for a family. The pool is fantastic, the apartment is ideal and very close to the marina and old town. The nearby supermarket Pingo Doce has everything you would need. The host Adrian was excellent in communication and we had one small issue which he dealt with within a couple of hours. Great place and we hope to return soon.

Absolutely loved the accommodation and the area. The accommodation had all mod cons and 2 amazing balconies. The pool was also superb. The accommodation and the outside areas were well kept and exceptionally clean. Had an amazing time and will definately be back. 5 minute walk to the Marina and 10 minute walk to the town where there was an abundance of fabulous restaurants. The beach is also a 5/10 minute walk. Amazing!
