Villa 87 is in an ideal position at Las Brisas set back from and overlooking the large pool. This single - story accommodation comprises of an open plan lounge/diner/ kitchen. Lounge area having a flat screen TV and DVD player, eating area with dining table and chairs and the newly fitted kitchen having a full cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. One bedroom with twin beds (can be pushed together) and a bathroom with walk in shower/WC. Outside, there is a lovely sunny front terrace with BBQ, patio table and chairs and sun beds. A comfy fold-out additional bed makes the accommodation suitable for three friends to get away, or a family of three (a cot is available for rental by arrangement). All cooking utensils, towels, bed linen and pool towels are provided and the villa has a small safe and free WiFi internet. The location and facilities make this villa also suitable for those with disabilities / wheelchair access and the front terrace has its own gate. Bedroom air conditioning is also available as an optional additional charge.
