Centrally located in Playa Blanca, on the southern tip of Lanzarote, Las Brisas is an award winning Gold Crown resort, where we own three one-bedroom villas. These pretty Andalusian villas are set amidst palm trees in exotic landscaped gardens – an oasis of tranquillity, yet just 5 minutes walk from seafront, beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. Outstanding facilities include a superb large heated swimming pool and children’s pool (with lifeguard), floodlit tennis courts (free to play), bar, restaurant, shop, play area and indoor games room.
Villa 71 is in a quiet position at Las Brisas, but centrally located just 1 minutes walk from the fabulous heated swimming pool and 2 minutes from bar, restaurant, shop and other outstanding facilities. Facing South, it enjoys the sunshine on the terrace all day long. It is next door to Villa 143 which we also own - the two villas make a great double booking for friends and family on holiday together who want to be close by, but still enjoy their own space and privacy.
Our villas are generously equipped, with spacious lounge/diner, satellite TV/DVD, telephone, wifi / internet, fully fitted kitchen, double bedroom, shower room / WC and large private sun terrace with BBQ, patio furniture, sunbeds and shaded area under the large pergola – a real home from home! Bedroom and bathroom windows have mosquito screens. Air-conditioning is available as an option for £25 per week. All villas are available for weekly rental, with Thursday changeover day. Prices quoted are for up to 2 guests. For additional guests, there is a small charge of £38.50 per person per week, up to maximum occupancy of 4 people.
