The apartment is situated on one of the nicest complexes in Los Cristianos, Victoria Court 1. Furnished to a high standard with a new modern white kitchen fitted, with all utensils for your self catering needs, there is even a cafetiere for you morning fresh coffee. The balcony overlooks the pool and comprises of patio furniture and 2 reclining chairs, unfortunately in the winter months our balcony doesn't get the full sun, a south facing apartment balcony is needed for that. In the summer months though we have brilliant sunshine from 12 - 7pm at night. It is close to local restaurants, supermarkets, beautiful beaches and handy for all you golf lovers. The local airport is only 15 minutes drive to and from the complex.

Description of sleeping capacity: Sleeps 2 (1 Bedroom) Notes on bedrooms: The bedroom comprises of twin beds, fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space.
USB Charging points on each side of the bedside cabinets. There is also a safe available for all your valuables (at no extra cost)

Lounge Area
3 and 2 seater leather Sofas, Breakfast bar and seating, 32 inch Colour TV (All English Channels) DVD Player and books.

Notes on accommodation: Please note this is a NO SMOKING apartment, although ashtrays are provided for you to smoke outside on the balcony. The complex has well kept gardens and pool area, sunbeds and parasols are available for a small charge of 2 euros per bed, per day. There is also a friendly bar serving drinks, snacks, ice creams and hot and cold meals, they even provide meals to take away so you can enjoy them in the comfort of your own apartment. But don't worry the bar doesn't open too late and there is a security guard that patrols the complex for your safety and to make sure there is no disturbing noise after 11.00pm. The apartment has a large private balcony comprising of patio table and chairs and a parasol for when the sun gets too hot plus two reclining chairs overlooking the communal heated swimming pool (winter months). There is also a clothes airer and pegs provided. Utility Room: There is a small cupboard storing dust pan and brush, mop and bucket & cleaning products. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels will be changed at the end of the first and any subsequent weeks, although there is no maid service for the cleaning of the apartment during your stay, the apartment will be cleaned on your arrival and departure. Other: WIFI is now available on the complex, info will be given when your balance is paid.

Terms & Conditions - Please note any cancellations are as follows: Up to 12 weeks - No cancellation charge (£100 or more deposit is non-refundable) 8 - 12 weeks - 75% of remaining rate refunded, 4 - 8 weeks - 50% of remaining rate refunded - 2 - 4 weeks - 25% of remaining rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks - No refund.

Fantastic Location

What a great apartment. Everything you could possibly want. Even a washing machine. Jen the owner was so helpful and contactable. Had to move our dates 3 times because of Covid. Thanks again Jen. We'll definately be back. It's in a small complex which has it's own Bar/Restaurant. English ran, by such lovely people. Food ranges from English/Scottish breakfasts, to snacks, mains and Tapas.. Come out of the complex and turn right, you will come across Bars/Restaurants 30yds away. Turn Left and it's 200mtrs to the Sea front. Stroll down the prom past literally every type of cuisine you could wish for. If you go back from the prom, there's even more shops/restaraunts. So much more to do since our last visit, 20yrs ago.

Well Equipped

Hi Jen Thanks for the email. We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was good and well equipped and maintained. The complex is very well looked after and maintained well. The bar on site offered a good range of food and drinks. Staff are very nice and friendly. The location of the complex is also very central and convenient and allows you to be in walking distance of the beach, shops and bars etc. Best regards Terence Kay.
