I had a business trip for one month in Marbella and I was searching for accommodation in the area, having several options but I chose Patrick`s studio in particular because he offered the best communication, responded to my message very fast and we spoke over the phone In the same day, he explained everything very clear,very friendly and welcoming and he had the best price too. Offering a discount for a longer stay. The apartment was very clean, equiped with everythingyou need, and the view was amazing. Waking up every day with that view made it a memorable trip. I totally recomand Patrick as owner, he is a kind and honest person.
We stayed in Patrick''''s apartment for 10 weeks. The view was outstanding and enjoyed spending time eating outside savoring the surrounds. The beds were comfortable and the layout of the apartment is good. Excellent wiif and selection of TV channels. The area is excellent , 5 mins to beach and 20 minutes to Cabopino port, which you can beach walk to ,which has an excellent selection of restaurants Also 20 walk to Elveria again nice place with many bars and restaurants . Pappion, club 200 and Sinbad''''s restaurant all close by. Supermarkets nearby. Pool area well maintained pool excellent. Pet welcome no charge ! Patrick very helpful.
As we are new advertisers, we invite you to take note of the opinions left on our own site since 2015 ! A very secured residence with an enjoyable international atmosphere. Sea view "as in the web site", several beaches within small walking distance. The private swimming pool and its lawns are really enjoyable. We travelled as a family and rented 2 studios. Both are cosy and we were able to share our meals on the balcony in the parents flat. This has been a good rest base for our visits: Marbella centre, Málaga, Cadiz, Mijas Pueblo... Cadiz, Cordoba, Granada; and for nice walks: Anqueterra, Caminito del Rey, protected parks in the Sierra. We all wish to highlight our host's excellent client relationship, from our 1st contact to the last one.

C'est exactement comme présenté sur le site: rien n'a redire sur le studio très bien tenu et avec une vue splendide sur le parc, la piscine et surtout la mer au réveille que du bonheur!! Accueilli par Patrick avec le sourire, et même un petit cadeau de bienvenue. Le faîte de louer à un Français est beaucoup plus facile. Le livret remit le jour de notre arrivés est très pratique, avec tous les renseignements dont nous avions besoin.. Ce livret a été fait avec goût. Une location parfaite, un climat très appréciable. L'aménagement intérieur est très fonctionnel, la literie de très bonne qualité. La WI FI très pratique. Pour louer une voiture en toute confiance, demander à Patrick , il a de bonnes adresse. Nous sommes restés 2 semaines et avons pleinement profité du soleil!! Un seul regret ne pas avoir pu prolonger notre séjour... Je vous conseille cette location, vous ne le regretterez pas, c'est sûr!! Laurence et Laurent
"Das Appartement befindet sich in einem großen Gebäude aus den 70ern. Alles ist super gepflegt und sehr sauber, es gibt 3 Aufzüge, genügend Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür (für die vielen Mietautos) und eine wunderschöne parkähnliche Gartenanlage mit einem riesengroßen Pool. Das Appartement selbst besteht aus einem sehr großen Raum mit einer komplett ausgestatteten Küchenzeile (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Herd, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Töpfe, Geschirr, Besteck, etc.) , einem Esstisch mit Stühlen, einem großen Sofa (ausklappbar, und somit Schlafgelegenheit für 2 Kinder) und einer großen Schrankwand, in der 2 ausklappbare Betten ( Bettwäsche, Bettlaken und Handtücher sind natürlich auch vorhanden)untergebracht sind. Dazu kommt noch ein integrierter Kleiderschrank mit sehr vielen Bügeln und diverse Fächer und Schubladen, in denen man alles unterbringen kann. Ein Flachbildschirm mit Receiver (deutsche, englische, italienische, französische, spanische und skandinavische Sendet) und ein Safe runden das ganze ab. Auf dem Balkon gibt's einen großen Tisch und Stühle, sehr schön für's Frühstück mit Blick aufs Mittelmeer oder für den abendlichen Sundowner. Achso, es gibt natürlich auch ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC, großem Waschbecken und viel Ablagemöglichkeiten. Auf der gleichen Etage ist dann noch ein seperater Abstellraum mit Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirm. Dort kann man auch seine leeren Koffer unterbringen. Das Appartement ist perfekt für 2 Personen, geht auch zusätzlich mit 2 Kindern, da man es ja sowieso nur zum Schlafen braucht. Das Leben spielt sich in Spanien ja die meiste Zeit draußen ab. Ich nutzte es alleine- das war der pure Luxus. Alles ( Restaurants, Supermarkt, Apotheke, kleine Geschenkläden, Strandlokale, Bushaltestelle) ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Am Meer mit Sandstrand ist man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten. Patrick ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber und ich werde dieses Appartement in der Zukunft noch sehr oft buchen."
