Sun & Sangria is a lovely one-bedroom apartment situated in the very popular Condominium do Mar, which is a positioned complex only a few hundred meters from the Meia Praia beach and the Marina de Lagos. The complex offers a lovely pool area, with a small crazy golf area, a children’s play area and a nice on-site restaurant. This apartment is ideal for couples and small families who are looking to be close to everything that Lagos has to offer.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has parking available immediately outside. At the rear of the property is a covered sun terrace with BBQ and direct access to a nice pool area with sun loungers and some shade.
The apartment comprises of an entrance hallway with doors that lead off to the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is partially open plan and is well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and fridge with a small freezer compartment. There is a breakfast bar that separates the kitchen from the lounge where you will find a comfortable sofa that converts into a sofabed, TV and a free fibre optic internet service. Patio doors lead directly to the sun terrace with BBQ, sun loungers and a table and chairs for alfresco dining.
The master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobe and patio doors that also lead out to the terrace. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, large vanity basin with mirror and WC.
Condominium do Mar is situated only a few hundred meters from the Marina and the golden sands of the Meia Praia beach. The Marina, which is a few minutes’ walk away offers a variety of cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all. Just a short walk over the footbridge and along the Avenida is the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled streets and attractive squares. The eclectic and cosmopolitan mix of restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping and markets means that Lagos simply does have something for everyone.
Palmares Golf course, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 25-minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30-minute drive.
