Description

A lovely detached four bedroomed villa (sleeps 8) set in private gardens in quiet urbanisation and built on one level making it ideal for young children and the elderly. Enter from the street via a few steps made from rustic local bricks. The villa and its gardens are separated from the pool area by a gated, secure metal fence to keep your little ones safe. It is here that there is a shaded pergola with brick-built in barbecue, established gardens with lawn and trees as well as elegant paving surrounding the swimming pool. Picture yourself enjoying a relaxed lunch in the shade of the pergola, taking in the sea view or sipping a glass of chilled Rioja while dinner sizzles on the barbecue. Later on have a swim in the illuminated pool set under the floodlit palm tree. The terrace area has its own fridge to keep your wine supply well chilled.

The main entrance is to the rear of the villa and you enter into the tiled hallway which leads into the spacious living room with comfortable leather sofas, occasional table, hot and cold remote-controlled air conditioner giving you the perfect temperature all year round. For cosy winter warmth there is a built-in log burning cassette fire with safety glass door. The television unit also accommodates the fibre optic internet receiver so you can sit in comfort either watching TV or catching up on your social media. The internet is perfect for business people who need to stay in touch with their office at home whilst still enjoying a relaxed family holiday.

Adjacent to the living room is the stylish fitted kitchen including breakfast table and chairs complete with fridge/ freezer, oven and hob, washing machine and dishwasher. A sliding patio door leads from the kitchen to a terraced area with table and chairs perfect for a morning or all-day breakfast.

There are four bedrooms and the master suite is separated from the other three rooms by its own hallway:

Master suite has a King-size (150cm.) bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, fitted wardrobes bedside tables each with a decorative table lamp perfect for a spot of night time reading. There is also a small desk which is perfect for locating your laptop or tablet to keep in touch with business, family or friends. Additional office items can be supplied for those who need to keep on top of their work and so enjoying a stress-free break. Of course there is a hot and cold remote-controlled air conditioner for your comfort.
This room has its own ensuite shower room with feature frosted glass wash basin, glass-screened shower and extractor fan to remove steam after showering.

The second bedroom has modern wood-effect laminate flooring, twin beds which share a night stand with pretty table lamp. There is also a, hot and cold remote-controlled air conditioner giving you the perfect temperature all year round.

Adjacent to the third bedroom is a very elegant shower room with clean white tiling featuring contrasting detail. There is also a toilet and wash handbasin.

The fourth bedroom has bunk beds; great fun for children of all ages!

About 15 minutes walk to safe, sandy beach with bars and restaurants. An ideal base for sightseeing with aquaparks about 10 minutes drive, Fuengirola 10 mins., Mijas about 15 minutes and Gibraltar just over one hour. The villa is less than 20 minutes from Malaga airport and we can arrange your transfer if you wish. We live about 5 minutes away and speak fluent Spanish. There is a shopping centre at the entrance to the urbanisation and this has a Carrefour supermarket, newsagents/booksellers, tapas bar, dry cleaners, Tea/Cake shop and excellent Indian restaurant. The white Andalusian village of Benalmadena Pueblo is only 3 kms. from the house and you can enjoy strolling through its peaceful cobbled streets and taking lunch at one of the many cafes and restaurants.

The villa will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival with bedlinen, towels and kitchen/ bathroom essentials provided.
The cost of final cleaning and laundry services is not included; costs are €100 for cleaning and laundry at €12,50 per person.
Extra maid service can be ordered if you wish at €10 per hour.

Access is required each week on a predetermined day for garden and pool maintenance.

Check in is from 14.00 – 16.00 and check out is at 10.00 a.m. on day of departure. These times can be changed by prior arrangement.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT – This is a refundable deposit of €500.
