We have been visiting Moraira for many years and staying in villas. The whole family agreed that this was one of the best . Tastefully decorated and furnished. It really is lovely and everything is good quality including all the kitchen appliances which were excellent. The villa had a lovely feel to it and I felt very much at home there. There is lots of space and the gardens are very pretty. We wouldn’t hesitate in returning .
We spent two weeks in Casa Stasia - 6 adults, 2 kids - in July and have a really great time. The villa is clean and very well equiped. We especially liked 3 independent bathrooms (rarity for such a person's capacity), big living room and utility room with additional big fridge. The pool is big enough and located on the proper i.e. sunny side of the house. The villa is well maintained. There is very good contact with the owner. I will recommend it to my friends.
This super villa was much larger than I anticipated, with a large, well-equipped, kitchen and a second day room on the ground floor, leading onto the pool area. The lovely pool area caught the sun all through the day, but there was plenty of shade to be had when needed. The newly installed air conditioning was a treat on the occasional very hot day (it was October). There is easily enough room for 2 families of 4, and the upstairs, fully equipped, living room, meant children could be not seen and not heard, if wanted. The local beaches were good, with soft sand, and were gently shelving into a warm sea (26'). There was a choice of good value restaurants, or even a Michelin starred restaurant, all within 10 minutes' drive on the villa. There was no shortage of equipment in the kitchen, so seating for 8-10 people would not be a problem, and the dishwasher made light of the clearing up. The owners were very helpful and approachable, and everything seemed clean and well-maintained. I would be happy to stay again, or recommend it to my friends.
