Peaceful retreat with stunning sea views above El Portet Bay. Walking distance to the beach. Small terraced house. South facing in tranquil and sheltered location 700 m from the picturesque beach cove of El Portet.
The famous cove of El Portet offers safe swimming off its sandy beach and shelves very gently to allow fun in the sea for less confident swimmers and children as well.
Our cozy holiday house is comfortably furnished with a Mediterranean touch..
It offers 2 spacious bedrooms, both with high quality English beds. Both have their own an ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom has a/c and also ceiling fans, mosquito screens and shutters.
The American kitchen is well equipped and has a hob, separate oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, sandwich maker and much more. Separate dining room with second fridge to have your cold drinks at hand.
Small salon opening up to large covered terrace with stunning sea views. Second open terrace, overlooking El Portet Bay. Totally sheltered and sun exposed. Not overlooked.
Hot &cold A/C. Fast internet (fibre optic cable) .
Our large and sparkling Community Pool has sun loungers and a table and chairs by it. The 10,000m2 mountain garden, shared with 9 other bungalows results in maximum privacy and peace.
Private allocated parking.
Very quiet and private even at the height of the summer in August.
We regret that it is not possible to bring a pet.

A delightful place to stay

We were well received by Jutta and la colina was a delightful place to stay. The facilities and location are excellent .The view from the terrace is ideal and the accommodation has all you can ask for. We would definitely like to return.

Holger Ziehm posted a review on 1st January 2023: Pure relaxation. We enjoyed our breakfast and lunch in the sunshine on the terrace (in December!) Loved the stunning views over the sea and the peace. Everything was perfect. You reach the beach on foot very quickly - back is uphill though. Moraira with all shops is 2km. We thought the many restaurants and the Friday market there were great. We were very happy in La Colina and are looking forward to our return in the summer.
