The safety and well-being of our guests has always been of paramount importance to us but never more so than at the present time with the coronavirus pandemic. As a result of this commitment, we have introduced strict hygiene and cleaning protocols throughout the whole of the villa, as well as those outside facilities that holidaymakers are likely to use. And to enhance this process, we also ensure the property is fully aired and ventilated after guests leave the villa and before new ones arrive. Finally, we’re pleased to offer guests hand-sanitiser for use on arrival in addition to the usual toiletries.

In a quiet location near Moraira, the villa is just a short drive from the beach and local amenities.
This spacious and luxurious three-bedroomed villa with its private pool and large, sunny terrace, offers wonderful, uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean. A covered terrace leads into the large dining room and living area. A modern, fully fitted kitchen includes an electric ceramic hob and oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and an excellent selection of utensils, crockery and cutlery. The light, airy bedrooms are large, each having floor to ceiling built-in wardrobes; glass doors lead directly from the master bedroom on to the terrace. A safe is also available in the master bedroom so guests can store items such as passports, cash, jewellery, etc.
Each fully tiled, spacious and brightly lit bathroom has a large, double-hinged window, basin, low-level WC; in the master suite there is a walk-in shower and a full-sized bath with shower-over in the family bathroom. The utility area contains a new, full-size washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the garden adjacent to the villa, a new terrace has been constructed complete with a custom-built barbecue. And children of any age are always welcome in our villa. Although there are steps leading down to the garden, internally the villa has the advantage that all living rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms are on the same level. When required, our local agents can install a child's safety gate across the doorway leading from the villa to the terrace and swimming pool area in order to provide extra security and peace of mind for our guests. And the only gate leading off the terrace is lockable for which guests will be given a key. If required, we can also provide free of charge a cot, high-chair and baby changing-mat.
Situated close to the attractive small port of Moraira, many 'Blue Flag' beaches are within easy reach of the villa. And for those requiring a bit more exercise there are a number of interesting (and challenging!) golf courses not very far away. For example, the magnificent championship golf course at La Sella, designed by José María Olazábal, is only 20 mins drive away and within 10 mins drive there are also excellent golf courses in both Moraira and Jávea.
However, a car is essential in order to get the maximum benefit from visiting this delightful and varied part of Spain.

The superb fully-fitted kitchen, which includes items such as an electric cooker, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, a large Liebherr fridge/freezer and Zanussi dishwasher, overlooks the terrace and pool and has direct views of the Mediterranean. A wide range of cooking utensils is also provided.
The spacious, separate dining area with its large teak table leads directly on to the terrace. Here, you can indulge in al fresco dining whilst enjoying wonderful, uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean.

The large well-lit lounge has a high quality, comfortable sofa and chairs. The modern, flat screen LCD TV uses a digital satellite connection and guests can enjoy a wide range of programmes (for example, all BBC 1 & 2 regions, ITV, Channels 4 & 5, etc), film channels and children's programmes.
A DVD player is available (playing Blu-ray as well as standard format discs) with a wide selection of videos available including films, TV programmes and many videos provided just for children. There are also music CDs that play via the DVD and TV.
A number of traditional board games are provided, as well as chess, cards and games suitable for children. There’s also a wide range of both fiction and non-fiction books available in the villa.

Bedroom 1 - master bedroom with king-size bed and direct access to en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 2 - with double bed and access to family bathroom
Bedroom 3 - with twin beds and access to family bathroom
All beds have high-quality mattresses. The bedrooms are light and airy, and all have full air conditioning which can be converted to heating mode if required. And in each room there are large, floor to ceiling built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has direct access via full height French-windows to the terrace and swimming pool, and also has a safe for keeping valuables in such as cash, passports, jewellery, etc. If required a child's cot can be provided free of charge.

Bathroom 1 - This spacious, fully tiled en-suite bathroom, which has direct access from the master bedroom, has a large walk-in shower area, hand basin and low-level WC. The whole room is brightly lit by a large, double-hinged window.
Bathroom 2 - This is the family bathroom for use by Bedrooms 2 and 3, is also fully tiled and has a bath with shower over, hand basin and low-level WC. Natural light is provided via a large, double-hinged window.
Hairdryers are also provided for the use of guests.

Guests have free access to a secure, high-speed internet connection allowing you to use a computer, smart phone or tablet anywhere in the villa or, if you prefer, over a glass of wine on the terrace!
Full air conditioning is provided in the living and dining areas, as well as in all the bedrooms. Each unit can be independently controlled with no limitation placed on the use of the air conditioning although guests are requested to ensure the air conditioning is switched off every time they leave the villa.
A traditional, cast-iron wood-burning stove (ideal for cool autumn or winter evenings) is located in the main living area. Guests staying at this time of year will be given at no extra cost an initial supply of wood on arrival
The utility area contains a full-size washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

The large, illuminated naya (terrace) is not overlooked so guests can enjoy al fresco dining whilst appreciating the panoramic views of the Mediterranean. Sun loungers are also provided allowing guests to take full advantage of the glorious climate. The private swimming pool (8m x 4m), is easily accessed via wide steps at the shallow end.
A large, custom-built BBQ and separate terrace form part of the outside features of the villa. All the necessary tools and utensils for the BBQ are provided, as well as tables and chairs for use on this illuminated terrace.
The villa also has the advantage of offering private, off-road parking.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking with the remainder payable 6 weeks before commencement of your holiday. However, please note that the rental price of the villa is the total cost with no additional supplements for things such as linen packs, final cleaning, etc, or for full use of the air-conditioning or Wi-Fi. And for long-term rentals or where a holiday lasts longer than two weeks, all linen is changed free of charge at the end of the second week. Although towels for use within the villa are already included in the rental cost, if required, at a small cost our agents can provide towels for use on the beach or the swimming pool at the villa thus saving luggage weight. The price also includes, if required, the use of a cot, high-chair, and changing-mat.
Changeover day is usually Saturday or Sunday (arrival after 4:00 pm, departure by 10:00 am). However, please don't hesitate to contact us regarding other changeover days and times, as every attempt is made to be as flexible as possible so guests can take advantage of cheaper, mid-week flights.

The Costa Blanca (White Coast) is now one of the most cosmopolitan areas in Europe, having a coastline of over 200km and made up of some of the finest beaches on the Mediterranean. Many of these beaches, including the ones around Moraira, enjoy a ‘Blue Flag’ status - the highest award that can be given within the EU. This region of Spain also has one of the best climates in the world as defined by the UN’s World Health Organisation. Enjoying on average over 300 days of sunshine a year, summer temperatures rarely fall below 30C whilst winters are typically very mild with average temperatures around 18C. The local beach is only about 1.5km from the villa and is a small, picturesque cove used almost entirely by local residents. Facilities include a small beach-bar and the hire of sun-beds and parasols whilst the sheltered bay is ideal for diving and snorkelling. Moraira’s main beach, L’Ampolla, is an ideal ‘family’ beach with lots of golden sand and excellent facilities while just 1.5km away from the villa is El Portet. Surrounded by steep hills, this sheltered bay with its gently sloping beach is perfect for safe swimming.

Just a few minutes’ drive from the villa is an excellent restaurant with stunning panoramic views looking directly out over the Mediterranean, a café enjoying similar views and an international supermarket. And just a short drive away, you have easy access to other supermarkets such as Aldi, Lidl, and Carrefour. MORAIRA is less than 15 mins drive away and there you can still stroll among narrow, flower-decorated streets in the town or just relax in one of the many pavement cafés. The town centre is an attractive blend of the old and the new with a wide selection of boutiques, shops, bars and some excellent restaurants offering a wide choice of Spanish and international cuisine. One of Moraira's most important festivals is the Fiesta of Moors and Christians, usually held in June. However, other towns in the area also celebrate this festival at different times during the summer. Theatrically presented in impressive costumes, the townspeople are separated into Moorish and Christian filas (groups) and hold marches and mock battles which take place at various times and places throughout Moraira. The high point of this amazing fiesta is the procession and firework display on the last day.
Clues to the region's history are very evident as you explore its villages, towns and cities. Place names have their Arabic roots but it's the architecture which is most striking. Ancient villages were built on hilltops and always featured winding streets to aid defence against marauders. GUADALEST is a fortress village that dates back to the middle ages, perched at over 1500m on a mountain peak about 25km inland from Benidorm, it is still only accessible via a tunnel passing through 15m of solid rock. CALPE, with its numerous sandy beaches, is about 20 mins drive away. Here you'll also find the majestic Rock of Ifach. It was originally called the 'Northern Rock' by Phoenician traders in order to distinguish it from Gibraltar. The volcanic Rock measures over 300m high and is now a nature reserve. However, for those wishing to get a breath-taking view of the coastline, there is a path which takes you to the peak. DENIA, about 30 mins away, is the largest of the local towns yet still retains much of its old charm with the fishermen’s quarter and its delightful cobbled streets and whitewashed buildings, all dominated by its impressive 16C castle.
For those seeking a more cosmopolitan experience, VALENCIA is about 1 hour’s drive to the north. This is Spain’s third largest city and is famous for its City of Arts and Sciences, with futuristic structures including a planetarium, an oceanarium and an interactive museum. It also boasts several beaches, including some within nearby Albufera Park, a wetlands reserve with a lake and walking trails. Apart from its superb modern shopping facilities, Valencia also has a wonderful, traditional fresh meat, fruit and vegetable market. Drive about 45 mins to the south and you’ll find BENIDORM with its unrivalled nightlife. However, other attractions at Benidorm include Mundomar Marine and Exotic Animal Park, ideal for a family day out. The Park is home to a wide range of creatures living in a simulated natural environment with one of the highlights of the day being the amazing dolphin show. Next to Mundomar Marine is Aqualandia, which features a multitude of water entertainments. Finally, there’s Terra Mitica. This spectacular theme park will transport you back to the Greek and Roman eras and has one of the biggest roller coasters in Europe.
Within just a short drive from the villa, you’ll find a range of leisure activities sufficient to satisfy even the most discerning holiday-maker. For example, there are three excellent golf courses nearby with one of them, the José María Olazábal-designed course at La Sella, also offering tennis and squash facilities. In nearby Moraira and JÁVEA, you’ll also find diving schools and jet-ski facilities and on Cumbre itself there’s an equestrian centre along as well as 4 tennis and 2 paddle courts. However, for those wanting a more relaxing holiday, there are many scenic walks with the local tourist office offering free guided walks of the area during the summer.

A great October stay!

By Dan on 10-Oct-2020

Due to C-19 we decided to change our holiday plans and drive to Moraira and experience holidaying in a Villa for the first time, and this villa didn't disappoint.
A very private, spacious bungalow with a stunning panoramic view over the med.
It was a quiet location, which was so nice to relax in peace after a long hard summer of work.
We had a brilliant stay and would certainly book again. We even booked an extra night as we didnt want to leave!
The Owner and the reps were both very responsive and both very friendly whenever we contacted them. great service.
Thanks Again.

Villa Ladera, Cumberland del Sol

By Christopher And Patricia Stephenson on 06-Feb-2020

We visited Villa Ladera in February for 3 weeks. Situated high in the hills, it had the most magnificent view, and in spite of being in a large development, we were not overlooked. The villa was very comfortable and nicely furnished and well equipped. February weather was sunny almost every day. The seaside resort of Moraira is delightful, with an excellent Friday market, excellent restaurants, and an attractive sea front and there are lots of lovely places to explore in the mountains.

An incredible Villa in an in a gorgeous location

By Justine & Lee on 18-Oct-2019

There are not enough words in the dictionary to say how pleased we were with this villa. From the moment we made our first enquiry to booking to staying to leaving.
The villa IS in a stunning location, the sunsets and the sunrises are to die for. As Derek says in his description that he provides everything for his guests, even down to leaving Washing Up Liquid from previous guests for you to use. He does also have a washing machine in a cupboard and that does good 30 minute wash (No: 8 I think :) ) which was brilliant. There was only 4 of us but there was even plenty of cups that we didn’t even need to use the dishwasher every day :) )
We had a minor problem with something in the villa and Derek and his local agents Susanne and Russ were amazingly helpful and nothing was too much trouble from any of them. I am fortunate that I can stay away a lot and I always give praise where its justly deserves and these people are worth their weight in gold.
If you decide to climb the mountain Calp be aware that you do need good walking shoes. It can be very slippery, and on some parts, you HAVE to hold on to ropes or chains to pass certain edges. However, not for the faint hearted but the rewards are worth it. Try avoiding afternoons because it can get too busy. The toilets are at the bottom of the mountain near the free entrance turnstile but close late afternoon.
The surrounding area is stunning. We did a few 10k-15k walks and one of them we did a one way return route from the villa. The only way to describe the walk was it started off walking through “Walton’s Mountain” then to a deserted beach “Cala Llebeig” (access only by walking) and then walking along the cliff top with on one side “Grand Canyon” and the “blue ocean” on the other side and arriving at the local beach “Cala Moraig” before the steep climb via the road back to the villa. If hiking in Spain, you must look for the double paint markings on the stones (brilliant!). This was my favourite hike of all time.
Carrefour Local, Lidl & Mercadona are approx. 10 mins car journey away and they have everything you need. However, if you need to shop on a Sunday a superstore of Carrefour in Benidorm is open. For those of you that need an English Paper, we found them in supermarkets in Moraira near the Tobacco shop. Also, in Moraira is a Friday Market in the super large carpark.
Overall, WE WOULD go back because of the stunning walks, views and perfect location and the totally astounding owners who made our holiday so memorable.

Great villa made a perfect holiday

By Mike B on 24-Aug-2019

We booked this villa for family trip to the area and everything worked our perfectly. The villa is in a great location just at the top of Cumbre, so not far to get down to all the local towns. We like to go for an early morning walk before the sun comes right up and this location was great - the walks included some challenging hills! The facilities in the villa were perfect, so we had everything we needed. The English TV was a nice addition and the WiFi was excellent compared to some other places we have stayed in.
All in all it was a great holiday, we will definitely use the villa again.

What a view

By Carolyn Fox on 20-Jul-2019

Can't fault this beautiful villa with gorgeous views of the Mediterranean in Moraira. Derek the owner is exceptionally helpful and we had a fantastic week exploring the area and relaxing by the beautiful pool.
The villa had everything we needed and we loved the fact that the price quoted included everything and there were no hidden extras such as cleaning fees or charges for using the air con. The area itself is beautiful and we can recommend visiting Javea old town and port, Moraira for a stroll along the front and some tapas in one of the many restaurants, We also loved Altea and spent a great day in Valencia just over an hours drive away. A week really wasn't long enough and we hope to return.

The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning very welcoming after a hot day. The pool is spotless and a great size. Scott the pool man is very friendly and helpful. The meet and greet was well organised! Definitely need a car. Derek was very supportive throughout the process and we will be returning to the villa in the future.

Tolles Haus, gut ausgestattet, schöner Blick und sehr netter Vermieter

By Mundry on 17-Apr-2019

Extra Special Villa in the Sun

By Pam Brooker on 28-Jan-2019

Villa Ladera is a very special place, the Villa is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The photos are good but just do not do it justice, the views are incredible. There is everything you could possibly need and more in the Villa, and the furnishing are just that little bit more up market with comfortable beds. If you have children they are very well catered for and they will love the pool. Cumber de Sol is a lovely area, with many places to explore, great walking with a surprise around every corner. We stayed for two months and really did not want to leave. Highly recommend.

Tolle Villa

By David on 25-Dec-2018

Luxurious Villa

By Lyn & Jules Rebair on 22-Oct-2018

The beautifully appointed villa Ladera is light, airy, clean & spacious.
The outdoor pool & covered Naja make it ideal for outdoor living.
The kitchen is spacious & is well stocked with crockery, cutlery, pots & pains. An added plus are the little essential like herbs, condiments, oils, tea & coffee. The welcome bottle of wine on arrival is a lovely touch.

Wifi & air conditioning are both included in the price, no hidden extras.

The icing on the cake is the breath taking views from the villa. A view we never get tired of.

Derek the owner is wonderful at keeping in touch. Any queries or worries are dealt with quickly. The local agents Russell & Susanne are always at hand should you need them.

Moraira town is a short drive away, with an excellent & varied choice of restaurants. At the bottom of the Cumbre del sol is the large Mercadona supermarket. Which stocks literally everything you could need for the perfect holiday.

We have stayed in the Ladera for a number of years & the above is the reason we are drawn back year on year.

Lyn & Jules

Mainio huvila perheelle

By Päivi on 10-Oct-2018

Viisihenkinen perheemme vietti ihanan loman huvilalla nauttien upeasta merimaisemasta ja kodikkaasta tunnelmasta. Talo on erittäin siisti ja hyvässä kunnossa. Uima-allas toimii lapsille ja aikuisille. Ympäristö on rauhallinen ja turvallinen. Kaikki toimi moitteettomasti. Voisimme tulla toistekin. Lähialueilla upeita rantoja ja kivoja ravintoloita.

Fantastisch huis en prachtige plek Villa Ladera, Calle Magnolias 145, Cumbre de sol, Benitachell, Valencian Community, 03726, Spain

By Debbie Markies on 20-Aug-2018

Geweldige plek, prachtig huis.

By Stephen Gillespie on 07-Aug-2018

We enjoyed our Villa Ladera experience from start to finish. The villa is provided exactly as described and is positioned in a fantastic spot with both privacy and amazing views. The villa was spotlessly clean and has everything required inside with plenty of space to relax, lovely and comfortable air conditioned bedrooms and all the facilities you could need, including UK TV channels if you need to keep up to date with your viewing habits. Outside the poolside views are fabulous with a lovely clean and well maintained pool to keep cool in, a poolside shower, large table with plenty of chairs for outdoor dining, a large private BBQ area and a lovely garden to stretch the legs every once in a while. The owner Derek provides excellent customer service from start to finish ensuring that every detail of the stay is covered from arrival to departure and all information is available. They even arranged for us to stay on slightly longer on our departure day as we had a late evening flight. Moraira is only a 10 minute car trip away and is absolutely beautiful with a lovely seafront, marina and beach and a great selection of eateries and watering holes amongst it's picturesque streets and squares - not too quiet, not too busy and always a good atmosphere. There are lots of lovely places to visit all within a short drive. Valencia is also within an hour or so's drive and well worth the trip with it's amazing museum complex. We will definitely be back in Moraira and Villa Ladera will be our first choice for accommodation. Thank you to Derek for an excellent villa and all round wonderful holiday experience.

Awesome Villa Ladera, Calle Magnolias 145, Cumbre de sol, Benitachell, Valencian Community, 03726, Spain

By Lynn Baumanis on 08-Jul-2018

Villa Ladera is a fantastic villa with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Derek the owner is courteous and helpful with prompt replies to any questions. The panoramic sea view from the villa is second to none, and the villa is not directly overlooked. The villa has wifi and air con included in the price which is excellent. This is our second visit to the villa and we have already booked for next year and we would not hesitate to recommend it to friends, we are already looking forward to it. Moraira is a lovely little town which remains unspoilt with many eateries for all tastes and budgets.

Perfect Villa for a relaxing break and as a base for exploring the area. Villa Ladera, Calle Magnolias 145, Cumbre de sol, Benitachell, Valencian Comm

By David Lee on 21-May-2018

Villa was perfect for our needs and provided spacious accommodation and all the facilities you might need including kitchen equipment, entertainment, library and of course pool. The area was very quiet given the time of year (Early May). We will very probably book the villa again another year but will leave it until later in the year as despite very pleasant day time temperatures in the early twenties the evening temperature turned quite chilly, making barbecuing and eating outside the villa a brave option! However we may just have been unlucky as we were advised by locals that this was quite unusual for the time of year. Moraira, Javea and the Benitachell areas have loads to offer and I would recommend the area highly for Family's as there are so many interesting things to see & do. David & Trisha Lee, Cheshire

Great Villa Villa Ladera, Calle Magnolias 145, Cumbre de sol, Benitachell, Valencian Community, 03726, Spain

By Elizabeth Roper on 16-Apr-2018

From the moment we booked the villa Derek kept us informed and villa information / directions were sent a few weeks before. The villa was clean, spacious and well equipped. Due to the time of year, we didn't try out the pool! I would definitely hire a car, as nearest town/ beach is a short drive away. Overall a relaxing break in a lovely villa.

Tolle und super gepflegte Villa am Cumbre del Sol Villa Ladera, Calle Magnolias 145, Cumbre de sol, Benitachell, Valenc

By Andreas Schwederski on 20-Mar-2018

The best Villa we have stayed in Villa Ladera, Calle Magnolias 145, Cumbre de sol, Benitachell, Valencian Community, 03726, Spain

By MacLeod on 03-Mar-2018

We took our three adult children with us and there is plenty of room in this villa for 5 adults. Its beautiful with the most amazing views and because it is high up it's very quiet which is just what we needed to get away from work. In the evening we drove down to Moraira to eat. The Villa is spotless and even though we did not ask for a welcome pack there was a bottle of wine waiting for us and wood, firelighters and matches to light the fire, a lovely touch. Its also very nice that there are little essentials left in the larder like herbs, seasoning, oil, tea and coffee. The Owners have been amazing at keeping in touch and the caretakers are also obviously doing an excellent job. We would highly recommend this villa.

Best Views Ever Villa Ladera, Calle Magnolias 145, Cumbre de sol, Benitachell, Valencian Community, 03726, Spain

By Phil Dawson on 30-Jan-2018

What a fabulous view of the mountains and sea. The pool is a great size and with views down to the sea is a magnificent view. The villa is really well appointed and Derek the host is the most communicative person I have ever met loads of detail and really interested in you and your experience definitely recommend this one.

Great location, great value Villa Ladera, Calle Magnolias 145, Cumbre de sol, Benitachell, Valencian Community, 03726, Spain

By Anna Davis on 06-Nov-2017

When we picked the property, we thought it was lower down and closer to Moraira, but having stayed we were delighted with its position in Cumbre del Sol as this particular villa has the advantage of a pool and balcony that really aren't overlooked, with great views, so you feel on top of the world! Villa itself was very clean, practical (dishwasher, washing machine, plenty of inflatables, and crucially a comfortable sofa) and felt like a family home rather than just a holiday place. Spotless pool, great customer service all round and such a nice place to be that it was quite a pull to leave and explore anything! Having fabulous weather helped, of course...

Excellent and would return tomorrow! Villa Ladera, Calle Magnolias 145, Cumbre de sol, Benitachell, Valencian Community, 03726, Spain

By Mrs Nikki C on 05-Aug-2017

Perfect villa - well looked after and lovely pool. Excellent location, high up in the hills in a very smart development. So high there are no mosquitoes! The villa is set up with all the basic things you need for a holiday, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine etc. You can hire beach towels for 5 Euros, worth doing. The local beach 'Moraig' is lovely and having visited quite a few, we decided that it was the best for us and only 5 mins drive away at most, so very easy to get back to. You need a car, this villa is very high up and it's so hot in the summer that you really can't walk very far unless it's very early or late. Moraira has excellent restaurants, lots of choice, for all budgets and is a short drive away. You really don't have to research much though because there is a very comprehensive folder of info to greet you at Villa Ladera. Thank you to the very organised owner Derek, and his Managers Russ and Susanne. We would love to return to Cumbre del Sol and Villa Ladera very soon.

fantastic Villa Ladera, Calle Magnolias 145, Cumbre de sol, Benitachell, Valencian Community, 03726, Spain

Just returned from Villa Ladera, what a wonderful time we had, the villa is comfortable and well equipped with the bonus of air con in every room and wi fi and the view is outstanding, ocean from every angle of the pool terrace. Derek the owner is always prompt with replies to any queries and very in depth information on everything you need to know. We didn't need the service of being met by his representative as we know the area well, but if you don't know the area this service is indispensable as cumber del sol although beautiful some places might be harder to find.

Luxurious villa was exactly what we hoped for. Villa Ladera, Calle Magnolias 145, Cumbre de sol, Benitachell, Valencian Community, 03726, Spain

On arrival, first impressions were excellent and the pre-arrival information provided was comprehensive. The villa was perfect for our family stay and was well equipped. The pool was lovely and well used by all of us. The views from the villa were spectacular benefitting from the location being on the side of the hill. This gave us uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean and surrounding areas. The villa is located in a select area a little away from Moraira and therefore was tranquil and quiet which only enhanced the panoramic views and our stay. The villa was well equipped and clean. Like other reviews we were sorry to leave at the end and would recommend it to anyone. It thoroughly deservers the 5 stars we have given it. John, Chris & family.

Ideal holiday villa with excellent customer care. Villa Ladera, Calle Magnolias 145, Cumbre de sol, Benitachell, Valencian Community, 03726, Spain

By James M on 17-Apr-2017

The property was immaculately clean and with a very welcomed log basket full of logs for the colder evenings. Family joined us later in the month and we all agreed that we would come back to Ladera again. We remained there for the month of Feb and have recommended it to family and friends.

Pleasant stay at Villa Ladera Villa Ladera, Calle Magnolias 145, Cumbre de sol, Benitachell, Valencian Community, 03726, Spain

We can recommend a stay in Villa Ladera. Owner Derek provided great service and communication before the holiday started and made us feel welcome. The house is as clean and beautiful as the pictures suggest. The house is well equiped and has enough games, dvd's and beach toys for the children. The view from the terrace is stunning. We stayed in the first week of January and the weather is great at that time. Away from the grey and cold weather in The Netherlands and enjoying the sun on beach of Moraira El Portet. We'd love to come back again.
