Modern villa in Moraira, with private pool and terrace. Elevated position overlooking Moraira with mountain views towards Calpe. The pool area and terrace are elevated, with full sun from mid morning. A pergola is also on the terrace for additional shade if required. The kidney shaped pool is 9.5 mtrs long with Roman steps located to the shallow end.
Finished to a high standard, including air conditioning to all bedrooms and lounge. WiFi and UK TV.
Internal Details
The lounge has 3 sofa's, with ample room. The adjoining dinning area with double doors to an outside covered naya, with additional dinning, overlooking the pool and garden. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the pool with a utility room with washer and dishwasher.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms
2 Bedrooms are downstairs each with twin beds. A single bathroom with bath, over shower, sink and toilet.
The Master bedroom upstairs with dressing area and en-suite. Shower and corner bath, sink and toilet.
The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday. Located in a residential area of Moraira ( Playa del Mar ) within walking distance of the town which has a good selection of restaurants and shops.
Linen, towels are provided.

4th stay at Mike’s villa, this time without the now grown up Kids! We love Moraira and the house is in a perfect location for an easy walk into town or across to El Portet. The area is very quiet, and great for a relaxing holiday. Lovely views from the terrace, which is fabulous for the evening sun. Villa is always kept clean for us, and we’ve been very comfortable there - we keep coming back! Mike is great to deal with, very friendly and makes us feel welcome with plenty of communication. Ray and Barry on hand locally if there are ever any issues. Lots of great restaurants and bars in Moraira, and it’s nice to be remembered from year to year. Highly recommended!

We've been travelling to Villa Natalia for several years and always enjoy our stay. The location is excellent, close to town (15 minute walk to the centre, few minutes by car) but far enough from town to feel relaxed. The villa is spacious and has a great outdoor area with pool, shower, barbecue and gardens. The villa has wonderful views across to the Bernia Mountains and the terrace is a great place to 'chill out' at night as the sun goes down. Moraira is our favourite destination in Spain, we have been visiting since 2002, nice bars, a huge range of restaurants, stunning scenery with the sea and the mountains behind, yet Moraira still has a friendly small town feel. There are also so many places to visit close by that we never get tired of the area. We would highly recommend the villa and Moraira! I wish the review would let me post photos

Loved it. Would definitely return. Great location with lovely views. The villa is lovely and comfortable, well equipped with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Walking distance to shops bars restaurants and the beach. Highly recommend
