Description

Los Cipreses is perfectly located for a holiday in this unspoilt area of the Costa Del Sol. It is just a few minutes drive from both Nerja and Frigiliana and conveniently near the main A-7 Autovia del Mediterraneo. The villa is part of a select residencia, San Rafael, an area which is much sought after for both its superior accommodation and its proximity to facilities.

Los Cipreses is to be found behind an electronic gate leading to your private driveway. The gardens are mature and elegant, with lovely green lawned areas, tall trees, fruit trees and flowers. Sunny areas are ideal for sunbathing and shady areas give you a space to escape the heat of the day. A path alongside the villa takes you through the gardens to the patio area where you can see the large private terrace, swimming pool and jacuzzi.

The villa consists of three floors; the ground floor is completely self contained with a kitchen, dining area, lounge and bathroom.

This floor also has two bedrooms, one en-suite, and a small bunk bed room. The upper floors are not included in the let but will not be used by anyone else during your stay, giving you complete privacy and exclusive use of this exceptional villa and grounds. There is additional accommodation in the annexe, comprising of one double bedroom, one twin room and a bathroom. There is a small kitchen area and fridge in the annexe for making drinks.

The private swimming pool has a Power Swim function, which creates a current in the pool to swim against. The pool is 10m x 4.5m, the depth at the shallow end is 1.1m and 1.9m at the deep end. The jacuzzi can be heated in the cooler months. The pool is not heated but remains warm through the summer months.

A large private terrace with sunbeds surrounds the pool and leads on to the patio area with dining tables and a gas barbecue for alfresco dining.

The sheltered dining area has three sets of patio doors which open into the ground floor of the villa. Once inside, a large, open, airy space contains a seating and dining area, to the right is the kitchen.

The kitchen has a gas hob, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave/grill oven, coffee machine and large fridge freezer. There is plenty of cupboard space and large granite worktops. The kitchen is well equipped with crockery, utensils and cooking equipment. To the left of the patio doors is a big comfortable corner sofa with a TV (UK channels available) and a DVD player.

The next room is the first of the ground floor bedrooms; a charming garden room with doors opening directly into the garden. This room has a double bed, air conditioning, fitted wardrobe and ceiling fan. Opposite is the shower room which has a large walk-in shower. Next to the shower room is a small bunk-bed room, suitable for small children.

The master bedroom completes the ground floor; a very big airy room with a wooden floor and an extra large king size bed, air conditioning, a walk-in wardrobe, sofa, and an ensuite with shower and bath. There is space for additional children's beds as an alternative to the bunk bed room.

The annexe is located down a set of steps beside the pool area. On entering you can see the double bedroom, with air conditioning, wardrobe, ceiling fan and window. Further along the hallway is the twin room, with air conditioning, wardrobe and ceiling fan. Opposite is the shared shower room. The annexe is completed by a small fridge and kitchen area suitable for making drinks. There is an internal telephone system between the annexe and the main villa.

Staying at Los Cipreses is a fantastic opportunity to stay in a prestigious area and to take advantage of the facilities the villa has to offer. The location and quality of the villa is excellent, the grounds are delightful and the private pool and jacuzzi add to the luxurious feel.

If you are bringing children to Los Cipreses you will find them well catered for, with a table tennis table, bats and balls and a Playstation 3 with controllers and a selection of games. There are also children's books and games, and pool toys, so you can start your holiday as soon as you arrive.

Both bedrooms in the annexe, the master bedroom and the garden bedroom room are all fully air conditioned.

Outstanding villa,ideal location.

Stayed at this perfect villa for a week, 6 of us aged between 7 months & 69 years & we all had a fabulous time. Fell in love with the villa which is ideally situated in a peaceful area half way between Nerja & Frigiliana. It is luxurious,very spacious ,extremely well equipped & spotlessly clean.The gardens & swimming pool are immaculately kept ( loved being able to pick fresh oranges & lemons from some of the fruit trees) We spent most of our time outside,in & out of the pool,eating round the long table on the terrace ( gas BBQ to cook on) sitting relaxing,chatting & playing cards late into the evenings, wish we could have stayed longer ! Sue couldn’t have been more helpful & the welcome pack was much appreciated & towels for the pool/beach another nice touch. Frigiliana is a delightful town & Nerja has spectacular views & a seafront promenade,both have many nice restaurants to choose from & are interesting to explore. Would definitely recommend this villa & hope to visit again.

Gorgeous outdoor space to while away warm sunny days The villa is gorgeous. The outdoor space is particularly amazing and large enough for several families!. A few bits and pieces inside could do with a bit of an update but nothing major. The gardener visited each day so the pool was kept impeccably clean. I think the lighting round the side of the villa from the drive to the back doors could be improved - it's quite dark at night and a narrow path for elderly guests to manage without light. Location wise the villa couldn't be more perfect - about halfway between Frigiliani and Nerja and just about a 5-6 minute drive to each. All in all we had an absolutely fabulous holiday - thank you very much.

Great house with all modern facilities and located in a quiet area of Nerja. Lovely swimmingpool an great accomodations and a large beautiful garden.
