There is only one word to describe this villa and that is ‘perfect’. Everything is just perfect, the pool, the garden, the patio areas and every room inside. We are grandparents, with our daughter & her husband and 2 grandchildren . There was nothing more any of us could have needed!

This was our third time back at the wonderful Villa Mohini and if possible it just seems to get better. It has such a home from home feel. Immaculately presented and spotlessly clean. Denise the owner is always on hand if needed and goes above and beyond. The master en-suite has spectacular views of the mountains and Bellapais Abbey from the large terrace and the room is extremely large too. The other 2 bedrooms are of a great size with built in wardrobes providing more than enough space. The beds are extremely comfortable and have had new mattresses since our last visit. The surrounding garden area is vast with lovely plants and very private. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sun beds to relax and is where we spend a lot of time. It’s lovely to have a large seating area just outside the lounge/kitchen aswell. To explore the area a car is essential although you can walk to a few shop’s restaurants in about 10/15 mins. We have always used Tahir at Karpasha and found him to be extremely helpful and accommodating. The Villa meets all our expectations year after year and is a little piece of paradise. I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Mohini to anyone considering.
This villa was immaculately clean and well presented, a true home from home. The kitchen was fully equipped for all our needs and the living area was really pleasant and well laid out. The master bedroom was extremely large and comfortable , with sliding doors on to a terrace with wonderful views of the mountains and surrounding scenery. The outside was just as brilliant as the inside was, the pool and surrounding area was perfect and totally secluded, its temperature was idyllic, just like a warm bath. My husband practically lived in it ! To move around you would ideally need a car, we however decided not to do that and use the villa as our base and walk daily to the nearest supermarket, which was a 7 minute walk away. A slightly further walk of between 15/20 minutes would bring you to an area with a bigger supermarket, and a selection of cafes and eateries, if you are happy to walk as we were. In the other direction there is a small beach called Diana Beach for this we recommend a car, although we used a taxi. The owner Denise could not have been more helpful, before during and after our stay. We used the transfer company and daily taxi as recommended by her. So much so we are seriously looking at returning to this villa same time next year! All in All a perfect villa , for a perfect holiday !
