3 Bedroom Villa with Private Pool & Baby Pool Sleeps 2 - 6 Air conditioning & ceiling fans Frontline, beach 20m Table tennis/billiard table Plasma TV with film channels via a media streamer Walk to local tavernas, bars
Lovely sea views are enjoyed at this frontline well equipped beach villa situated 20m from the sand and pebble undeveloped Argaka beach. Local taverns are from 1 minutes walk so you can have a break from driving and also walk to the beach opposite. The friendly owners have succeeded in making this property a “home from home” with quality furnishings, including an imported German kitchen, fan in every room and superior double glazed tilt and turn windows and doors. It has a large private swimming pool that is great for length swimming at 1.45m all over, and a separate baby/splash pool in a well kept large & mature lawned garden which is ideal for children to run around. (The baby pool has been an enormous success as is a lot warmer than the main pool, especially in low to mid season, so good for everyone especially young children.)
There is a grassed play area directly in front of your garden, (shared by all our 5 villas), equipped with some play equipment, which means you do not have to go far from the villa to give your children a change of scenery, (and hopefully to make some new friends with other children staying here at our 5 villas). As well as local TV channels including world news, you can watch films via the media streamer. The villa has a table tennis/billiard table, and we have a PlayStation 3 on request. The villa is accessed from the coast road via a private drive, and the large balcony upstairs provides stunning sea views and wonderful sunsets over the sea. You also have views over the mature palm trees and orange groves to the side, backed by hills. There is a selection of tavernas within easy walking distance along the flat coast road, starting with the popular Liza’s Place 1 minutes walk, (children love the menagerie here) and Liza is happy to cook “off menu” food, just ask. Santa Barbara restaurant on the sandy beach is about 5 mins walk, and they offer sun loungers on the beach too. Flyagain tavern is popular with clients at 600m. Argaka village is tucked behind the villas and has a well stocked supermarket. Quaint Polis Town, a wonderful mix of old and new, is a little further on, and can provide you with a fantastic selection of shops, restaurants, bars, banks and a pretty pedestrianised centre. Latchi with its pretty harbour and fish tavernas is just 2km further. We have 4 more identically furnished villas behind, 3 with heated pools, Argaka Sand, (solar) Argaka Bay (supplement) and Argaka Beach (supplement), and, directly behind, Argaka Coast. We offer 2 adult lower rates by email, on selected dates.
Villa Argaka Shore

I am so glad we found Sundance Villas! We stayed at Argaka Shore on 15th July 2017 and it was our first holiday with all the family in many years. The villa was absolutely perfect, super clean and all the amenities you need. The dip pool was a real hit with my 6 month old niece! The beach was right across the road and there were a handful of really great restaurant/bars a few minutes walk away. The 'Santa Barbara' was one of our favourites, we popped down there a few times for an early evening cocktail before heading back to cook a delicious BBQ. We hired 2 cars and it was a great asset as we had the freedom to get out and see the country. If you are staying anywhere in Cyprus.. you must visit Viklari Peyia for a bite to eat!! Booking with Sundance was a lovely process from start to finish, highly recommend :)
Villa was perfect and suitable for families with kids

We had a lovely holiday in May. Argaka Coast villa was perfect, we enjoyed the beach and the restaurants in the walking distance from the villa. The kids loved the pool, especially the small one). The garden is mature and well-kept, and the tall palm trees give shade and shelter. The dining area outside is very well-organised, being in the shade in the morning and early afternoon for breakfast and lunch. Also this place is very quiet, and very suitable for families with kids. So thank you very much again, we are thinking about coming back!
The villa was perfect It has everything to offer Your service was first class, prompt, precise and professional throughout

The villa was big enough for 5 of us with plenty of sun and shade for those that want it. The kiddies pool is an added bonus. There are plenty of excellent tavernas within close proximity. It is away from the madding crowd but within easy reach of Polis and Latchi if you want a resort. We stayed in the villa all week - it was that perfect. The photos do not do it justice but it is exactly like the photos, spotlessly clean with lots of room and every modern convenience you could want. The kids loved the wifi and the access to the computer was an added extra. We did not have any problems during our stay. We highly recommend this villa with one word - PERFECT!! From our enquiry through to being on holiday, the service was first class, prompt, precise and professional throughout. Even the directions were precise so we did not get lost when arriving in the dark!
The paddling pool was the beloved place for our 3yr old grandson, and reliable Wi-Fi for the adults

Irene, Re: Villa Argaka Shore 4 – 18 September. I apologise. It is long overdue. We were very pleased with the villa. Rooms are of right size and well equipped. This is a convenient place for car-renting, peace-loving tourists. It is 5 km form Polis so very few people come to the beach (40 metres from the villa) and shopping is easy and convenient with well-supplied supermarket in town. The paddling pool was THE beloved place for our 3yr old grandson - a safe place for various water games (do not forget to buy a light-weight fishing net!). There was a nice toy box provided by the landlord and a small, but still nice playground just in front of the villa. The nearby beach is a mix of dark sand and pebbles. A committed grandfather is able to clean a 2 sqr meters area of pebbles and create a great place for sandcastle works. For grown-ups a true treat: a reliable Wi-Fi giving unlimited access to the Internet. Please note that the early September weather in Cyprus is just great, see is warm, the sunlight last from 7am till 8pm, evenings are nicely warm.
The best villa we have stayed in to date by far! We would not hesitate to book through Sundance Villas again in the future and would highly recommend!

Dear Irene, Argaka Coast was beautiful, wonderfully well-stocked and immaculately clean. The photos advertising the property on your site were true to form and reality certainly did not disappoint! The best villa we have stayed in to date by far! The children loved the pool and baby splash pool and the kind heartedness of previous tenants meant that our boys had a great selection of inflatables and pool toys to play with. The added bonus of free Wifi, table tennis and pool tables kept us all occupied when needing a break from the beautiful sunshine! We found Argaka to be an excellent base with a pleasant beach, and a handful of restaurants/shops close to hand. Car hire definitely recommended in order to have a wider choice of restaurants, shops etc, but it was so nice to relax at the villa and get away from all the hub-bub when we chose to. A very peaceful resort within easy reach of most places of interest. Tavernas and trips: We loved Liza's Place (literally on the doorstep) and Santa Barbara's on the beach was lovely to sit and watch the sun go down. We also dined at Moustakallis' in Polis (best calamari ever!) and Finikas in Polis. Mylo's was a wonderful experience with great views of the gorge too and there were two lovely fish restaurants in Pomos. Beachwise, we did visit Paphos beach (rather busy), Latsi beach (very nice and great for swimming), Lara bay (wonderful for educating ourselves about the beautiful turtle conservation projects) and the beautiful heart-shaped bay of Kato Pyrgos. We took a trip to the Akamas National Park (arranged via the very helpful and efficient Sundance Rep. Nicole) which was a great day out and worth every penny for the views. One afternoon we drove up into the Troodos Mountains, stopping at the Kykkos Monastery - a wonderful exciting journey, with winding roads and outstanding views. We were absolutely satisfied with the service from Sundance Villas, no complaints whatsoever, thank you. The literature and tips you provided prior to and during our holiday was very useful and much appreciated. The owner, Savvas, was an absolute delight and we looked forward to his visits in the morning! He was helpful and kind and dealt with matters promptly and professionally. Likewise, his wife was wonderfully welcoming and the Sundance Villas welcome pack on arrival was SO appreciated. We would not hesitate to book through Sundance Villas again in the future and would highly recommend you to others.
