Aurora Villa welcomes you to a relaxing and luxurious holiday in the prestige Sea Caves Area of Peyia & Coral Bay. Aurora Villa is all about relaxing and enjoying your holiday. Newly renovated it’s situated on a very big, quiet and private 1000 sqm plot with beautiful gardens and a 10m x 5m private pool. Enjoy the breathtaking sea views from one of the double beds when waking up or while enjoying a BBQ & a drink under the cool and generous pergola. Be a Chef in the outdoor Kitchen with both a gas cooker and a gas BBQ. Sit down and enjoy your meals and then relax with a drink in the outdoor lounge area taking in the beautiful and stunning sea views behind the generous garden and very big 10 x 5 m private pool. A new bespoke pool bar with fridge and charcoal BBQ & rotary has just been built and will make those summer days at the pool even better.
Aurora Villa has a generous front garden and a long drive with new carport for two cars. The property and drive have gates and the back garden is closed off with two gates, so you are very private. Inside freshly renovated is very open, bright and light, with high ceilings and all the windows and patio doors have fly screens.
You can enter Aurora Villa (with keys from the key safe) through the front door or from the carport directly in to the kitchen. The newly renovated kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with Tassimo coffee machine, French press & orange press. New fridge freezer, dishwasher & ceramic cooker. It also has an oven, microwave & washing machine. The Villa has an en-suite double bedroom, one double bedroom & a twin room all with sliding doors to the gardens & blackout blinds. Beds are king size and twins are 1,10m x 2m, all beds and mattresses are new. The family bathroom has a bath with shower. The en-suite bathroom has been completely renovated and has a big walk in shower.
The lounge has sliding doors into the garden and has a log burner and smart TV. Free air to view TV is included, however, you can book a sky TV package or foreign channels, please let me know and I’ll arrange for it. Free high speed Fiber Internet Wi-Fi is also included.
You have the possibility to order a welcome package or I if you let me know I can get what you need so you have it all for your arrival and can immediately start to relax and enjoy your well deserved holiday.
I can also assist you with car rental at a very good price and arrange everything for you, if you wish so.
You will have the whole Property to yourself and I will be there to meet and greet or assist you in anyway, if you wish so, otherwise I will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing, so social gatherings, venues, weddings and events are not permitted.
Coral Bay Beaches, supermarkets, shops & restaurants are only a 3-5 minute drive and you can walk to the beach & sea caves in 10 - 15 minutes. Paphos is 25 minutes drive and the drive to the airport 40 minutes.
