Description

We have been accepting guests to our private luxury villa since 2012. It is set on a very secluded plot of 1000m2. The villa is surrounded by pine trees and green belt land. It is situated at the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac. However, bars and restaurants are only an eight-minute walk away in the village.

This villa offers many things you could want from a holiday in Spain. Private, yet a short walk to shops, and facilities. There is a short, 15-minute drive to sandy beaches. Lo Romero golf club is 10 minute drive. The property is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, UK Freesat Tv (50inch Smart TV), internet, dishwasher, and outside laundry room.

When you approach the villa from the gated driveway, there are two small steps leading up to the front door, which opens onto the hallway. From here you have access to the main bathroom, master bedroom with en-suite and bedrooms two and three. All bedrooms are comfortable, tastefully decorated and have bedside cabinets and lamps. There is plenty of storage space. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. All bedding and towels are provided.

There is a fourth bedroom (not shown in photographs) that is not available to guests.

There is a new modern kitchen directly off the hallway, with dishwasher, oven, double hob gas and electric and all the usual extras. French doors lead out from the kitchen on to a terrace with table and chairs, an excellent place to enjoy breakfast. Also, off the hallway, there are two small steps which lead up to the lounge and dining area.

The dining area has seating comfortably for six. In the lounge, there is a 50-inch Smart TV (UK Freesat) which has a USB port and plays divx, avi and mp3s. A dvd player, cd player with USB port (plays MP3s) and two sofas (three and two seater). Air conditioning and ceiling fan.

At the rear of the villa is a terrace, and an outside seating for up to six people. This terrace looks down onto the pool area and has open uninterrupted view across countryside and out to sea.

There are steps leading down from the terrace to the south facing pool. To the left of the pool is a shower room, with toilet and hand basin. Next to this room is the laundry room (washing machine) and store for the sunbed cushions etc. In the next room is the undercover outdoor barbecue.

Facing the pool is another undercover terrace area with seating.
Outside seating for six on the terrace overlooking the pool area with views over the pine trees out to the Mar Menor in the distance.

The villa is well equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, UK Freesat Tv (50inch smart TV), internet, dishwasher, outside laundry room.
All bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and plenty of storage space..

If you want a relaxing, secluded and private villa, with restaurants just a stroll away, then this is the villa and location for you.

Please note the following;
* Preferred change over day Saturday, but may be flexible.
* We do not allow social gatherings or parties to be held at the villa
* There is a fourth bedroom (not shown in photographs) which is currently unavailable to guests.
* We do not allow multiple families.
*No Pets

Final payment is due 12 weeks prior to the start of your holiday and a signed rental agreement will be required. Copies of passports will be required for anyone over the age of 16. This information will be passed to the Spanish authorities, 24hours before your stay. This is a legal requirement in Spain.
