This gorgeous south facing villa, with stunning panoramic views out to the Atlantic Ocean, Montana Roja and across to Fuerteventura, is located in the quiet and exclusive residential neighbourhood of Los Calamares, (a community of beautifully maintained, low rise and spacious residential villas), one of the closest to the centre of town and is a mere 5 minutes walk away into the town centre with waterfront bars, restaurants, shops and beaches.

In the fitted kitchen there is a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, hob, full sized oven, and all cooking utensils required. There is also a separate dining area.

The modern lounge has a leather suite, 55 inch television, IPTV package which offers full Sky packages including Movies, Sports and all British channels and more. A DVD player is also available. There is a separate small snug just off the lounge, with a separate TV for the use of the PS4 (just bring your own controllers and games), or can be used as a quiet area for reading.

Patio doors from the lounge give access to an outside dining/sofa area. From there are stairs leading to the roof terrace (where there is a seating area and you can enjoy a relaxing drink whilst taking in the glorious sea views) and also to a lower patio area with newly constructed heated pool (8x3 m) and sun beds with another seating area. The pool will be heated from October to March using the pool heater and solar panels, and between April to September via solar panel only.

The villa is all on one level with 3 spacious bedrooms- 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 1 has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. The double and king size bedrooms are at the rear and have patio doors opening onto the terrace. Coin operated air con has been installed in May 2020 to these 2 back bedrooms. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 ensuite with walk in showers and 1 family bathroom - all have been refurbished in June 2019. The villa has non slip tiles throughout.

All linen and towels for inside and outside are provided. There is a weekly cleaning service for stays of 11 or more days. Extra cleaning is available at an additional cost.

Hair dryers are supplied and fan heaters in case of a rare chilly evening.


Mark and Marie have taken over ownership of the property (wef January 2019) and have made numerous improvements over the last year to what was already a lovely villa.

General Information about your stay

The owners live in the UK, so the cleaning and maintenance of the self catering villa is carried out by a local professional management team who are contactable throughout your stay if there are any problems. The owners are also contactable should any problem need to be escalated.

There is a locked private community outdoor, unheated swimming pool for residents/guests only, just a couple of minutes away, together with a private community tennis court. The community pool will be closed from October until March.


We will only accept bookings for families with children over the age of 12 who are competent swimmers for safety reasons.

We will not accept bookings for hen or stag parties groups, nor all male or all female groups.

Prices quoted are for 4 guests. For each additional guest there will be an additional charge of £10 per night.

We ask for a £200 refundable damage deposit on bookings to cover any damage that may occur during your stay. This will be due with the final balance of your holiday.

Payments to be made by bank transfer or cheque. We don’t accept credit card.

Getting there

Playa Blanca is around 33km from Arrecife airport. You may transfer by:

- Hire car (of which there are plenty of operators at the airport)
- Bus - This goes to the main bus station in Playa Blanca, less than 5 minutes from the villa but please note that the bus may detour via Arrecife, adding time to your journey.
- Taxi – There is a large taxi rank outside ‘Arrivals’ but please note that these will be more expensive than pre-booking in advance of your holiday..
-Shuttle mini bus- Firstminute-transfer,com-a shared mini bus starts at around €60 for 4 people, or you can book a private transfer. Quotes can be obtained from the website.


Excellent property with everything provided and close to the town

What a find. We have rented properties all over the world and this is one of the best. The photographs don,t tell you the whole story. As soon as you enter the villa there is a family feel about it. The villa is in a very quiet cul de sac and is only a ten minute into Playa Blanca. The sky package was a blessing as we unfortunately got caught up in the recent problems. The patio area/ swimming pool is a real sun trap with the sun shining fro 9am to 6pm in that area.Inside every thing is supplied by the owner.Marie was great to rent from and was very helpful if we had any questions. I would have no problem in going back to this villa and would recommend it to anyone.

Lovely relaxing holiday

We stayed here In August 2019 for 2 weeks. Family of 4 with 2 teenagers. This villa is lovely. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The villa is spacious and very clean. The new owners are in the process of making improvements to the villa and outdoor area so it can only get better and better.

It is a pleasant walk away from shops, Center and beaches.

We didn’t use the pool and tennis courts as went to the beach each day.

The kitchen has everything you need in it should you wish to cook. Along with dishwasher and washing machine.

The lounge area is comfortable and spacious with TV and many English channels to watch.

The bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. There is lots of storage space in each room.

Bath and pool towels are provided.

The outdoor terraces and seating areas are lovely and again spacious. The roof terrace is a special treat with gorgeous relaxing views over Lanzarote.

The villa has lots of space and areas to relax as a family but is also spacious enough to have your own space.

The owner Marie is very friendly and excellent at communication and from the moment we booked she was on hand to answer any questions. A comprehensive pack was emailed telling us everything we needed to know about the Villa and the surrounding areas. The was a welcome pack provided in the villa with coffee, tea, wine, biscuits etc.

I wouldn’t hesitate to book this villa again should we return to Playa Blanca.

Fabulous accommodation, excellent location. Only 4 days in but we are having a great holiday. Def recommend close to supermarket, 5 min walk to town and short stroll to sea front xx
