It is on the front line of the complex, hence wonderful sea views across the Marina and across the Ocean to Fuerteventura.
It is within walking distance of the Marina Rubicon with its exclusive selection of waterfront bars, restaurants and designer shops, as well as being conveniently situated for the Playa Dorada and the wonderful Papagayo Beaches.
The Villa consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the master bedroom is located upstairs with its own bathroom with twin basins, a walk in shower, toilet and a bidet. It features a king-size bed and comfortable mattress. The downstairs bathroom also has a bath with shower over, toilet and sink.
The Villa has two lovely private patios, benefiting from sea views of Marina Rubicon, Los Lobos Island and Fuerteventura.
The spacious upstairs patio has a very comfortable outside sofa and coffee table.
The downstairs patio has a heated pool, Roman stepped entrance and it is salt chlorinated which is kinder to the skin. Pool size 4 x 3m and 1.1m to 1.4m deep. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.
The patio also has a dining table and chairs, comfortable sunbeds, and a built in charcoal barbecue.
Downstairs you will find the 2nd bedroom which is furnished with twin beds and a window looking out onto the pool area.
The Villa has 3 separate air conditioning units, located in the master bedroom, twin bedroom and the lounge, all of these units are coin operated from one main coin unit behind the front door.
The open plan living and dining area has patio doors leading to the outside patio and pool.
In the living area there is an LG “49" HD Smart TV with internet TV with 200 channels to choose from, including BBC/ITV and Sky Sports/Movies. The TV also benefits from 14 day catch up, so after you’ve dined at the Marina, or enjoyed a BBQ, you can still watch your favourite programs at a time that suits you!
The light airy kitchen has an oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The villa is fully prepared with all bed linen and tea/hand/bath/beach towels provided.
All the windows and doors have shutters which lock to allow cool air to flow around the property.
A personal safe is also provided.
Off road parking is available.
