Pricing is as follows: low season pricing is for 2 guests, mid-season for 4 guests, and high season for 6 guests. Christmas and New Years is based on full occupancy. Additional guests, up to a maximum of 8, are accommodated at £20 per person per night.

Great place to enjoy a holiday.
By MR ALLAN PAINTER on 19-Sep-2026Lovely Villa and fantastic private outdoor set-up to keep the children and adults occupied. Immaculate pool, seating areas, Hot-tub and BBQ area. We stayed for 11 nights, end of Sept, Family of 7 (3 children under 8). Kitchen and lounge excellent set-up equipped with everything you could think of. Brilliant large TV with all sports and film channels. Huge Lidl supermarket 5 mins drive, beaches 10mins drive with easy free parking. Transport recommended. This is the 8th time we've rented a Playa Blanca Villa over the past 15 years and probably the best, will definitely return.

Lovely villa, great location

Andy looks after the place over there and was a great representative, with lovely dogs :) Aircon was an issue as only available in 1 bedroom (€1 a pop), and no tower fans, just ceiling fans which weren't great. Recommended if your budget allows.
Wonderful stay

Plenty of storage throughout and very well equipped for cooking etc. The outside space was lovely pool was warm and a great size. BBQ area and entertainment area all great for relaxing evenings outside.

A week in paradise
By Carolyn Russell on 18-Jun-2026We have just returned from a week in Villa lemon tree and we miss it so much already. As a group of 7 (3 adults and 4 kids) we found the space to be perfect for us. The pool and hot tub were amazing, the garden and the activities in it were a bonus. We found the villa to have everything we needed to be able to have a home away from home stay. The BBQ was well used and we enjoyed sitting out in the garden every night enjoying a wine while the sun went down. The beds were so comfy, we all slept so well. Communication with Zoe was excellent from point of booking until we returned home. Thanks for having us and we hope to come back one day.

Excellent villa with large pool and garden

Large garden and a good size pool which is not over looked, with comfy outdoor seating and outdoor covered dining area. The villa has everything you need plus more for a great stay. The communication with the owner Zoe was great and very attentive. Definitely recommend staying at villa lemon tree.

The villa is very clean and equipped with everything you need. Even our teenage daughters loved it and they have very high standards!!! I would highly recommend and hope to be back again.
