Pricing is as follows: low season pricing is for 2 guests, mid-season for 4 guests, and high season for 6 guests. Christmas and New Years is based on full occupancy. Additional guests, up to a maximum of 8, are accommodated at £20 per person per night.

Perfect!
By Catherine on 28-Mar-2026We had a lovely week at Villa lemon tree. The villa is quiet and perfect for families. The pool is clean and warm and the hot tub is lovely. The villa is very clean and equipped with everything you need. Even our teenage daughters loved it and they have very high standards!!! I would highly recommend and hope to be back again.

By James Scanlan on 25-Jan-2026Another Wonderful Winter Escape at Villa Lemon Tree! As two couples returning to enjoy the winter sun, we love the spacious layout and privacy of Villa Lemon Tree. The newly renovated bathrooms were a highlight, and the heated pool and hot tub which are perfect for the winter months. We had several friendly Pool and Dart tournaments and there's also a French boules court and a mini putting green in the enormous outdoor space. The villa’s location in a peaceful cul-de-sac is ideal for those who value quiet, yet it's only a short 15-minute stroll into the heart of Playa Blanca for dinner. We enjoyed all our lunches under the al fresco dining area in the villa garden. Booking directly with Zoe remains a seamless experience and the best value without added fees. We've already booked our next visit to our favourite "home from home".

Where do I start?!
By Jodie Pocock on 28-Dec-2025Where do I start?! 😍 From our initial contact with the owner I knew we were going to enjoy our stay. They were so helpful, so accommodating & put me completely at ease having never used Simplyowners before. Their communication from start to finish was impeccable. Then there's the villa. It's beautiful, well equipped & big enough for the 8 of us. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean & modern & the kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in. For the cooler evenings the lounge was perfect & the TV has everything you might want to watch. But it's the outside area that really makes Villa Lemon Tree special. So much space & so much for the kids to do, pool, darts, volleyball to name just some! All we had to do to was pour ourselves a glass of wine & leave them to it! The swimming pool is fabulous, a really decent size & the perfect temperature & the hot tub was a wonderful place to see in the new year. Thank you so much to all at Villa Lemon Tree for making our holiday so special & memorable, we hope to return again soon 🥰

A lovely Villa

Once we returned we found the villa was just what we wanted , spacious, clean had all the facilities of home . The outside was enormous. The heated pool was fantastic and having the hot tub was an added bonus .The Villa is located a short walk into town or a cheap taxi fair ( around €5) Communication with Zoe throughout the booking process to when we came home was excellent. Truly recommend this villa .

Lovely Villa
By Julie Seymour on 05-Oct-2025Our fantastic stay at Villa Lemon Tree was absolutely wonderful and special , from the moment we stepped into the villa we saw how spacious it was for 7 of us ( 4 adults 3 children) and the villa flowed very easily. The living room is very spacious with smart tv with full package, the Wi-Fi is very fast also. The kitchen has all the appliances you need (also a air fryer), washing machine in utility building plenty of crockery, pots and pans. The bedrooms where very spacious and comfy and plenty of storage space as where the bathrooms . Well where do I start with the outdoor area is enormous, plenty of seating areas, the private heated pool (which the grandchildren spent endless hours in) is fab, the hot tub was special also. the Bar-b-cue was fab for al fresco dining. There is so much to do outdoors, with some friendly fun with the pool table (which was a great hit for us all) , volleyball court, pitch and putt, French boules and darts. The location is great nice stroll into town. The hosting was second to none from Zoe (the owner) from our first contact to even asking if all OK when we where there, also can't forget Andy the pool man, so helpful and polite to sum up an absolute 5 Star villa in a beautiful quiet surrounding location , not overlooked, great walk into Playa Blanca. Thanks Zoe for sharing your Villa, you have made it so special for us and plenty of memories with the family 😊❤️
