Description

Villa Vista Mar is an attractive, very private villa located in the West side of Playa Blanca, close to Aqualava Water Park. It is approximately 10 minutes walk from the Playa Flamingo area, where there are shops; a beautiful, family friendly beach; bars and restaurants. Playa Blanca town is about a 25 minute walk away.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with great sea views across to Fuerteventura. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and there is a driveway for a couple of cars, with plenty of street parking if required. Villa Vista Mar is suitable for adults and families alike who are looking for an enjoyable, relaxing holiday; close to amenities but in a quiet area.

The outside space, has been recently updated with new tiling to the terrace and around the pool. It is set within an attractive, spacious garden which is not overlooked and there is a large (approx 12Mx4M) heated pool, 1.2 to 1.5M in depth, ideal for family fun and swimming. Next to the pool there are sun beds and a large parasol, as well as a new hot tub which seats 5 persons. There is a covered seating area, a shaded seating area and a newly built BBQ.

Internally the villa has been recently renovated to a high standard and is bright and modern. There are four double bedrooms (all with air conditioning), two ensuite with walk-in showers and king-size beds and two with two single beds in each room that share the third bathroom with a bath and shower over.

The master bedroom has double doors out to the garden/pool area, fully fitted wardrobes, with a key operated safe. The other bedrooms also have fully fitted wardrobes.

There is a large fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, hob, oven, and convection microwave. The lounge/dining area has a large TV with internet TV, with all UK and most Sky channels, which also contains a large film library. There are two large sofas and a coffee table. There is a dining table that can seat up to eight people.

Bath/shower towels provided but guests need to provide their own pool/beach towels

Fabulous villa

Our second visit to this villa and hopefully won't be the last. Everything perfect - great location (just a few minutes walk from the coastal path and Flamingo Beach), large outdoor area with bbq and hot tub, super pool, big kitchen/diner and 4 good sized double bedrooms. It has been recently refurbished and the decoration is of a high standard. There is off road parking in a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of restaurants close by for the evening. Angela made the booking process quick and easy and sent through directions and villa info just prior to arrival. If you are reading this wondering if you should book this villa - don't hesitate - book and you won't be disappointed. I will be recommending this villa to friends and family - we were sad to leave after 2 wonderful weeks.

August family holiday

Wow Villa Vista Mar is fantastic. Very modern and extremely clean. We loved the privacy of the outdoor area and the location of the villa is very quiet, yet you are only a short walk from flamingo beach with shops, restaurants etc. We visited the waterpark at the end of the road one afternoon and after 2pm the tickets are discounted. All the amenities in the villa were great and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hot tub was lovely for a morning dip and the pool was amazing as it's huge. Highly recommended this villa and hope to return one day.

Perfect villa for a family holiday

I don’t know where to start as we have just returned from the most lovely week in the sun at this villa. Having visited before and staying here in 2015 (with previous owners) we knew what to expect to some degree, however upon arrival we’re blown away with how good the current owners have made this villa. The refurb is excellent and so well thought out. It’s like a luxury home away from home in the sun with the added benefit of the privacy and Freedom a villa gives you. The owners have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and nothing has been too much trouble. The villa is clean, well equipped and feels safe. The pool is heated and a lovely size. The owners have made sure everything you may possibly need (even a pizza slicer) is available at the villa. It’s in a private and quiet area of playa Blanca and we just think it’s perfect. We will certainly be back!
