This beautiful two storey villa is modern, bright and spacious. An open living and dining area overlooks breathtaking views over the ocean to the island of Fuerteventura. The private pool is electrically heated, surrounded by a terrace and sun loungers where you can soak up the sun with your loved ones. This villa can comfortably host eight people, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen. On the upper level you'll find two double bedrooms, both fitted with a large double bed. Stairs take you down to the lower level of the villa. Here you'll find a further two double bedrooms, with twin beds in both. These rooms share a large bathroom, as do the upstairs rooms. There is a completely private sun terrace on the lower floor, which leads to the downstairs lounge with a 55" TV and indoor seating area, so you can relax at the end of a long day. A short stroll from the villa takes you to the sea-front promenade, stretching from Marina Rubicón all the way to Flamingo Beach, it is an extremely picturesque walk and there are many bars, shops and restaurants along the way.
