Description
The area is arguably one of the best spots in Playa Blanca.Some Villa management companies charge separately for Pool heating and Air Conditioning, rest assured we don't, it's all included in the price.
Villa Vida holds a Vivienda Vacacional (VV) license and Single Lease Registration number, which allows a Villa such as ours, to be used for holiday rentals in Lanzarote. Always ask for these license number before booking your holiday in the Canaries.
We also have impeccable green credentials, as Villa Vida takes full advantage of the 2,500 hours of Sunshine in Playa Blanca and uses Solar Energy.
Villa Vida is just a 10 minute walk to Playa Flamingo beach and 2 minutes from Aqua Lava Water Park. Local shops and Bars/Restaurants are also within 10 minute walking distance. It has four bedrooms, one super king size with en-suite and dressing room, one double and two twins.
It can comfortably sleep eight people, has three bathrooms, a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, private electrically heated pool (24/7, 365 days a year) and is furnished beautifully.
With large open plan living/dining area, this is the perfect Villa.
Villa Vida is ideal for children and cots and highchairs will be provided. The property is all on one level so is easily accessed by pushchairs and wheelchairs etc.
Outside: Large outdoor area ideal for alfresco dining on the 8 seater table, private heated pool Large outdoor area with two separate dining areas, both with seating for 8 people.
A private heated pool (with Roman Steps) and the Pool thermostat is set to 30+ degrees, all year round.

Outdoor Pool Table, built in Canarian BBQ and separate portable BBQ, sun loungers, mature garden.
Utility Room, Washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen is provided for use at the villa together with a Bath Towel, Hand Towel and Pool Towel (1 per person). It will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. For longer stays of more than 10 days, linen is replaced during your stay.
Additional cleans are available upon request.
Wheelchair accessible
The property would be ideal for disabled guests as there are no steps. The property can be accessed from the road via a small ramp on the driveway. Wheelchair users have happily used this property gaining access throughout and have returned frequently. Various mobility equipment can be hired and made available to you on arrival. Great place
By Ellin Jolley on 28-Jun-2026Fantastic 9 night stay the villa has all you need. Kitchen fully equipped beach towels provided and perfectly clean, beds the comfiest. Also brilliant for anyone with accessibility needs as sister in law is wheelchair user and got about fine in the villa and surrounding areas no problems at all. Thank you so much to Steve and Emma for providing the shower chair this made life a lot easier for her appreciate it. Shops and supermarkets for basic needs around 15 minute walk at playa flamingo beach along with a good few bars and restaurants. Had a lovely walk along the coast to Playa Blanca , would definitely recommend as lots of lovely places to stop a long the way for snacks and a drink. Kids loved the heated pool and had hours fun and so did the adults. Would definitely visit again thanks for a lovely stay.

Even a video on how to deactivate and activate the alarm, this is a very good idea to SHOW just how to do it. The villa was very clean, welcoming on arrival. Kitchen had all you needed. A kettle barbecue and canarian barbecue. Charcoal we got from Lidl. The pool area was lovely and pool towels are provided. There's a washing machine if needed. The linen and beds were very comfortable. The location is 20 min walking distance to a Spar and a 5 min taxi ride to a Lidl. We did Lidl for main shop as Spar a little pricey but perfect for bits. 20 min walking distance to the Flamingo Beach (perfect for families) restaurants and the promenade. Bus stop is just around the corner from the villa. Number 30 €1.40 PP every time you get on well worth it. Taxi about €5 to Lidl and town. The bus is a circular route around Blanca. We used to get into centre and market day Rubicon Marina. Buses run every 25/30 min.

We really appreciated having everything we needed in the spacious villa including the very lovely outdoor space. Our teens enjoyed the pool table a nice touch & having three bathrooms was great with five of us. Steve communicated promptly & was friendly as was Emma who checked with us prior to our arrival & leaving. We would definitely reccomend & would like to return ourselves if we ever got the chance!
We're just back from a great holiday

The location is ideal, just a short walk from beach/ shops/ restaurants/ water park etc. The villa is very well equipped and was perfect for our young family with safety gate, heated pool etc etc. Steve's communication was excellent - always quick to respond, share recommendations and accommodate any requests. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
Wow what an amazing villa
By Sharon on 15-Apr-2026Wow what an amazing villa felt like home well equipped kitchen lovely inside , amazing outside area spent many afternoons by the pool which is great lots of nice seating area outside and a great pool table ! Walkable to playa flamingo beach which has restaurants and small supermarkets. Family of four did not want to leave this beautiful villa and would definitely come back !! Thank you Steve !
