We’re delighted to welcome guests to Villa Poppy, which has been hosting visitors since Autumn 2025. Designed with both luxury and family comfort in mind, the villa has already welcomed many lovely guests, and we are excited to continue hosting more in the years ahead.We are now open for bookings for 2026 and 2027 and very much look forward to welcoming new guests to enjoy everything our villa and Playa Blanca have to offer.
The spacious open plan living room area features plush seating & a large flat-screen TV with Multilingual TV Channels to suit all guests. The bi-folding doors from the living area open onto the upper-level dining terrace & seating area overlooking the pool, jacuzzi & BBQ area. The fully equipped modern kitchen contains a large island, dishwasher, washing machine, double oven, microwave, coffee machine & Ninja Double Air Fryer.

A gorgeous villa in beautiful Playa Blanca
By Dot on 10-Aug-2026Just back from our stay at this beautiful villa which is set in a lovely peaceful area. There is lots of space both inside and outside the villa, lots of seating areas, and the pool is a huge bonus. The stunning coast of Playa Blanca, with all its shops and restaurants, is just a 20 minute walk away. The water park for children aged 3-11 is just a 10-15 minute walk away. Our family of 11 had a wonderful time here and would definitely return.

Family holiday
By Jaymie holiday maker on 22-Feb-2026Well what can I say about this beautiful villa . It is located on a beautiful complex with a small shop located about 5 mins walk away. There is a lovely restaurant located in another complex which is open to the community (Baileys bar) also about 5 mins away. The villa itself is absolutely gorgeous. Heated pool, lots of seating areas both inside and out. Beds are comfy, pool table and darts pool and jacuzzi. Loads of inflatables for the children. The most local beach is about a 25 min walk, which was fine for us able to walk. If you’re looking to do a big shop the Aldi is about a 6 mins car journey. Denise and Jerry from simply owners were absolutely amazing and so freindly and helpful both via email and once we arrived in the villa. I’d recommend this villa / simply owners to anyone !! we had such a lovely relaxing week in this beautiful villa and can not wait to return

Fantastic week away
By Jeanette Webster on 19-Jul-2026Villa Poppy is the best villa we have stayed in to date, The pics dont do it justice, it is better than the pics, we are a family of 8 adults and 4 children plus 2 4 month old babies, there was plenty of room for everyone, a home from home experience, kids had a wonderful time and didnr want to leave, the pool toys were a godsend,special thanks to Denise the owner for providing travel cots, highchairs and safety gates, i highly reccomend Villa Poppy and hopefully return next year, Thankyou Denise.

Fantastic week away

Exceeded every expectation
By Jay on 14-Jul-2026What can we say about Villa Poppy? Simply put, it exceeded every expectation. The photos honestly don't do it justice. The villa is far more spacious than it appears online, with generous bedrooms and living areas that comfortably accommodated all 11 of us without ever feeling crowded. Everything was absolutely immaculate when we arrived, and the thoughtful welcome pack was a lovely touch after a long day of travelling. Over our 11-night stay, not a single person had a complaint. The heated pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the regular visits from the cleaners, pool team, and maintenance staff kept everything looking pristine throughout our holiday. It genuinely felt like a home away from home, and we could easily have stayed another week. The only issue we experienced was the fridge unexpectedly stopping working. We contacted Brett and Denise, who couldn't have been more helpful. They arrived promptly with a replacement fridge and had an engineer repair the original within a couple of days. Their response was quick, professional, and exactly what you'd hope for from great hosts. The villa is also exceptionally well equipped. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need—from modern appliances to quality pots, pans, a blender, an air fryer, and more. It really has been thought through down to the smallest detail. The location is excellent, too. We hired a car to explore Lanzarote, and everything we wanted to see and do was within a 10-minute drive. The private driveway easily accommodated our two SUVs, making it ideal for larger groups. Overall, Villa Poppy gave us one of the best family holidays we've had. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, and we'll definitely be returning. A huge thank you to Brett and Denise for being such fantastic hosts and looking after us so well.
Fantastic family holiday
By Michelle Boyd on 19-Jun-2026We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Villa Poppy. Booking with Denise was so straightforward, she was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We were met by Jerry from the management company on arrival which was a lovely touch and he checked in with us several times throughout our stay and came again to see us on check out. He was full of helpful information and tips on shops/taxis/etc The villa itself is stunning. Super comfy beds, plenty of eating and relaxing spaces and the kids loved the pool/hot tub and fabulous selection of pool toys available. The indoor pool table was a great hit and created some great family games. The plates/cutlery etc was plentiful and the dishwasher and washing machine were fast and efficient which was great with 5 kids Maid service every week day was lovely and not something we have had in previous villas and the provision of both bathroom and pool towels was much appreciated. Villa is about a 15 min walk to Flamingo beach (all downhill) and 20/25 if you want to head towards playa dorada beach area for a bigger selection of shops/restaurants etc We walked most places but got taxis back occasionally if kids were tired and these were very reasonably priced. There is also a taxi rank outside the neighbouring complex which was helpful. Overall a truly fantastic villa
