Description
Casa Barroni is located in a small private residential area of Faro Park. The detached villa benefits from all you would expect for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We offer free WiFi, a full internet TV package containing all your favourite programmes. The outdoor area has a beautiful 6.5x2.5m heated pool and two hot tubs, Canarian Barbeque, 3 outdoor seated areas for alfresco dining, or also shelter from the sun under the pergola.On the ground floor is a lounge with leather sofas and patio doors opening onto the pool terrace, and a dining room seating 6 guests which also has patio doors onto the terrace.
The well-equipped kitchen has oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, and lots of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
We have a double bedroom and twin on the ground floor with a family bathroom, and upstairs you will find our master suite with superking bed, dressing area, ensuite bathroom and 2 private sunbathing terraces with sun loungers and a full set of table and chairs. We have coin operated air con in both the master suite and downstairs double bedroom as well as in our lounge.
Our laid lawn areas, hot tubs, barbeque and raised garden walls to allow our guests privacy whilst they relax in the sun. We have a full sized table tennis and American Pool table for those who are a bit more energetic or even a friendly game of darts to pass the time.
The property has lots of extras such as a hairdryer in each bathroom, pool towels, safety deposit box (free to use), and we provide a welcome pack with water, wine, beer, juice, tea, coffee and milk.
Casa Barroni benefits by being a 5 minute walk from the coastal path and 5-10 minute walk to the selection of restaurants and shops in Faro Park.
Faro Park has great selection of restaurants and bars. There is a small, well-stocked supermarket.
Playa Blanca town centre is just 10 minutes by car or taxi, or you can take the Playa Blanca circular bus which stops at Faro Park shops. You can also walk all the way along the seafront path, which takes about 45 minutes.

We received a lot of informations before arrival, including tips for trips and restaurants and everything we needed to know about villa. Perfect communication. Check in was really easy as you just take keys from safety box. And villa? Omg jist amazing!!!! There are even two jacuzzi’s. Villa is fabulous, garden even better and pool temperature- just perfect as it was a bit windy and cloudy. We never go to same place twice, we came back last week and already thinking about going back there is also box with toys for kids which is really handy, high chair, travel cot.. everything you need in kitchen etc.. we had the best holiday ever!!! Will definitely be back one day.

By Jackie on 04-Aug-2024Great villa, probably one of the best we've stayed at. Loved the outdoor space and the pool and the 2 hot tubs! Supermarket and some lovely restaurants just a short walk away. We had a great holiday and would definitely recommend.
2024 early summer holiday

Great Villa
By Lisa on 10-Feb-2024This villa was perfect for us. Spacious and with everything you would hope for. The pool was a delight - the warmest I've ever had the pleasure to swim in on holiday. We enjoyed the hot tub too. The location was fantastic - a short walk to the local shops and restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurants; we ate out every night and all the meals were good. The local wine from the Yaiza vineyard was very good too.
One of the best
By Paul Martin on 08-Jan-2023I've stayed in quite a few villas in the past and I have to say that this is one of the best. Sarah was easy to deal with and when we arrived everything was as described. Great restaurants nearby and no car required. We will definitely be back.
Perfect for some well deserved R&R
By Trudi & Gary Reay on 13-Oct-2019Stayed a week at this wonderful villa and already planning on returning next year. 40 minute drive from airport. 5 to 10 minute stroll to local supermarkets and great restaurants and cafes. The villa itself is well appointed with uninterrupted views of the mountains. Outdoor space is fantastic with plenty of room to enjoy the sunshine and sheltered areas for eating. The pool and hot tub are great and maintained weekly. Villa interior is lovely, beds comfortable (slept very well!), great air-con and my husband enjoyed the extensive Sky tv package as better than ours! Huge thanks to Angela and her husband for letting us stay. This was our first villa holiday and as an owner Angela could not have done more to ensure we were well informed and had a great stay.
